Calgary ABGreat location
Left on 03/21/2013 for a stay in March 2013
A short walk to lifts, transportation hub and city market make this spot good. Frias did a good job of transport to and from the airport and had unit 6 looking spotless and clean every day we were there. This unit is comfortable but starting to show its age. Appliance (other than the coffee maker) all worked well and the kitchen is equipped well enough to tackle any meal. Dryer did not have any heat so drying our soaking gloves each night was tough! Living space and beds were clean and comfortable and wifi was fast enough. Despite the kitchen we ate out every night and just had breakfast in. There are no shortage of good restaurants but they all are about 25 to 40% higher cost compared to an equivalent meal at home. Best thing is location and treatment of Frias staff. Worst thing is the unit is starting to be dated and is "fraying at the seams".

Place was great. Clean, close to the slopes, comfortable. Kitchen was great and having a hot tub right outside the door was excellent. No complaints, would definitely stay again.

This is an antique furnished and stylishly decorated condo. The location is the best--you can walk everywhere--and we were totally comfortable. It is a bit cramped for 4 people but that's Aspen! We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat.

Washington, DCThe Dark Hole
Left on 01/22/2009 for a stay in January 2009
We love working with Frias and think you have a stellar staff. But this particular condo was disappointing, even at a nice price. We nick-named it "the dark hole". Positively no sun light ever enters this place; the shower curtains are difficult to close; the bathtubs made for very short people; bedrooms extremely tight. The property's primary redeeming feature is it's wonderful location. The kitchen is pretty nice, too. That said, I wouldn't stay in this condo again.

Manager
Thank you for your compliments to our staff, and your repeat business, I love your term; ?Stellar Staff?. I will make sure your comments are distributed company wide. My records show you have stayed with us 5 times over the past 2 years, Thank You for your loyalty! We appreciate the time you took to write your review, this helps us better our accommodations. The logistical aspects of this particular condominium minimize natural light. It is located on the first floor of a three story building, the living area faces the courtyard which is south facing, however, the second floor deck/walkway overhangs and blocks direct sunlight. The bedroom windows face north towards Durant Avenue, a few large trees are located on this side of the building as well. It is important to note; all the condominiums in this complex do not have these same features, some of the Chateau Chaumont condominiums are bright and airy! This is a very good condominium in the summer, nice and cool! We will check into the shower curtains to make sure they are operating properly and look forward to your next visit!
