Location is amazing. I was there with my 11 and 14 year old and it was very comfortable. Nice set up with 2nd bedroom having 3 beds as they ended up having a friend sleepover a few times. Close to the slopes, shops and grocery store. Enjoyed the condo and our stay. Housekeeper didn't show up one day and Frias Properties got right on it and were very helpful with all questions regarding aspen!

Inside beautiful apartment -- just no real views and little natural air circulation. Missing screens on some windows, which was dangerous for little kids.

Our family of 6 stayed in this condo in the summer-time, but it is convenient to the ski lifts for winter visits. We loved the location, close to the mall, shopping, and City Market. The kitchen is beautiful and well-equipped. We were very comfortable here.
We have been staying in condos all over aspen for many years (my whole life) and the Chateaus Dumont and Chaumont are our favorites for their location. They don't look like much from the outside (these were built the same time most condos were built in aspen) but have been re-modeled extensively inside and are wonderful. Parking was always convenient for us.
We always rent through Frias Properties. They are professional and always helpful. Maid service is excellent. Would recommend this place to anyone. -
Baited and switched

Good location, basic condo, very cheezy looking building. My wife signed up for a particular unit. We were downgraded and told that the owners showed up that week unexpectedly. I noticed that the unit we signed up for was still showing as available on the website. Three words: bait and switch. Beware. My wife complained and the manager gave her a handful of free passes to a spa that was a mile away (no car - not to useful).
