I really enjoyed my stay at the Chateau Dumont unit 15 during the weekend of Motherlode. It was walking distance to everything and I loved the fact that we had a view of the mountains. Also, now we know for next we won't need our own kitchenware since it is fully stocked! That's awesome. I think my only complaint was the fact that the TV in the living room didn't work and we did call front desk about it but it was never replaced. Other than that, we all really enjoyed our stay especially for the price which was very reasonable. I wil definitely be calling you guys up for next year's Motherlode!

The staff at Frias Properties were very helpful. The property suited our needs very well. It is a little older but the location is fantastic. One block from the Gondola and also from the supermarket. Within walking distance of many good restaurants. We certainly had a lovely view looking toward the mountain. The only down side was that it was close to another hotel and some of these guests were a little noisy early hours of the morning. Perhaps that was more to do with the time of year and celebrations. I would certainly stay again.

The location was great and within walking distance to everything. The unit itself was in nice shape, not the most updated but very comfortable. The only potneital downside of the unit is that it is a bit noisey in the evening as there is a bar right accross the way but that did not bother us...
The best part about it was the service from Frias! Thank you Frias properties you were a pleasure to deal with!
