This spacious two-level, 3-bedroom, 2-bath economy condominium features amazing river views, a wood-burning fireplace, and is within walking distance to all of downtown Aspen's shops and restaurants, and the Silver Queen Gondola.
This unit is highlighted by an open living area, kitchen and dining area, complete with a breakfast bar.
Bedding is two twin beds in both the upstairs bedrooms, and a king-size bed in the downstairs master.

Close in...reasonably priced. Great Pool. The sound of the Roaring Fork River. And when renting through Frias Properties--free passes to the aspen Club, a really nice bonus.

I wasn't expecting much considering the price we were paying to stay right in aspen, but it was perfect. Walk to everything, the condo was decent, and all was enjoyable!

The unit is dated and is sorely in need of upgrading. Unit 1 where we stayed last year wsa nice and would not hesitate renting it again. Unit 16 was in need of both repairs and upgrade. The master bedroom had a mushy mattess, the shower head clogged with lime, the bedroom door wouldn't latch, the sinks were rusted and had the cheapest possible Delta Faucets, the grout tile behind the toilet was missing, and the utensil draw is the kitchen sticks and most likely is broken. The decorations and furniture were out of the 70's and should be updated. The only thing nice I can say besides the location and view were the TVs were new and functioned well. If this unit is typical of 3 bedroom standard properties from Frias, then we will look elsewhere for rental units for the next trip back to aspen.

We will certainly let the owner of this property know how disappointed you were with its condition so he can bring the rating up to standard. Hopefully you will be able to stay in one of Frias’ other 200-plus rental properties that is renovated.

Our stay at Chateau Roaring Fork was so pleasant. The staff at Frias was so accomodating when we checked in. We were able to view a number of units and pick our favorite for our stay. The units were set on the picturesque Roaring Fork river and sunlight filled the condo in the morning. It was hard to motivate up and out to go skiing. I would not call the condo updated but it was very comfortable and quiet and close to everything. This complex also has the best pool and hottub in town!
