This is probably the 10th time we have stayed at the CRF via Frias Properties and as always the reservation service and the general experience was excellent. The CRF is centrally located, excellent for kids and teens and the amenities were also excellent. Would certainly recommend this complex for families and others who are looking for the aspen experience with great value.

The condo is in a great location, views are great, layout very practical. The condo could use some updating. The sofa sleeper was broken (and based on previous reviews, it looks like it has been broken for quite some time), the decor is very 70's, kitchen was convenient but had very little items available for anyone interested in doing any cooking. With a new sofa, new carpet, new appliances in the kitchen, fresh paint, new window coverings and bedding, this would be an awesome place!

First time staying in this complex, but have been to aspen before. Good location. All amenities one needs. Comfortable living space and spacious bedrooms. About 4 blocks to center of town. 2 blocks to grocery store. Bus outside of complex if you don't want to walk with skis.
Overall: good value for the unit. I would stay again. Frias is a good company to work with. -

Proximity to town was great. Accommodations were fine with the exception of the beds and the kitchen furnishings. King bed was extremely hard. Pull out queen bed in living room was broken down and extremely uncomfortable. Roll away that was provided as a substitute was not much better.
Kitchenware was acceptable but minimal. -

Three friends and myself stayed at the Cheateau Roaring Forks last weekend. Our condo was awesome...from the furnishings to the fully stocked utensils in the kitchen to the awesome housekeeping service. The beds were comfortable as well as the couch and chairs in the living area. We had a great view of the river and enjoyed the gas grill on the patio. The patio was huge...one day, my friends and I danced out there. Also, the outdoor hot tub at night was a great and relaxing experience...in the middle of the winter time.

Good service, great location (within walking distance of town and other hiking trails), great hot pool and hot tub setup. Very scenic location. We'd stay there again.
