This 3-bedroom, 3-bath luxury townhouse features an open living area, dining area and kitchen with vaulted ceilings, and is only three blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and downtown Aspen.
Unit amenities include air conditioning in the upstairs (master and 1st guest bedroom), a gas fireplace in the main living area, a private patio, laundry closet, and an upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances.
Complex amenities at the Clarendon include free Aspen airport transfers, free on-site parking and flatscreen TVs (HD available). The Clarendon also has its own private outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna!

We stayed at Clarendon #8 for 10 days with friends. It was very spacious, giving everyone lots of personal space. The decor is very well done - it looks like it was decorated for someone's personal use and definitely not that typical rental condo furniture that we all dread! The Frias staff were always friendly and helpful and they keep the place super clean. The location was ideal too. We didn't have a car and didn't miss it for a moment - a very short walk to all the shops and restaurants and the shuttles to other ski mountains. We would definitely stay here again!

We are actually scheduled to stay at another place, but when arrived it wasn't what we reserved or requested. However Frias Properties (Andrew specifically) were excellent in meeting our requests. The Clarendon #8 is awesome!. Very spacious, all items updated and modern. We all were very pleased.
