My group found the entire rental experience to exceed our expectations. Booking the condo was simple and we found our agent willing to find the perfect property for us - actually booking one condo for us and then upgrading us to another condo after I told him exactly what we were looking for. Upon checking in with the Frias office we found the staff helpful and the check in process simple. The unit was large, newly remodeled, and a close walk to all of aspen's shops and restaurants.
