I stayed at the luxury Ritz Highlands in a 2-bedroom apartment during Christmas 2012. Everything about my stay was fantastic including the rooms, facilities, and views. The best part of my stay was the amazing customer service. We have traveled quite a bit both domestically and internationally and this was by far the best service we have ever received. The location is the best ski-in, ski-out location possible with convenient ski valet. The unit has been tastefully furnished with all one might need and offers ample of space for families or friends. The lobby is cozy and inviting after a full day of skiing, offering Hot chocolate or cider to warm up in a relaxing atmosphere. Our dining experience was great, we did not get to explore their Spa Services but heard they are great. The location is perfect for all four seasons with great hiking trails starting off right in front of this luxury property. We took advantage of their airport pick up service (about 10 min) and shuttle to downtown aspen (about 10 min) to explore the many boutiques and fine dining choices aspen has to offer. We also explored aspen Mountain and Snowmass and loved the variety of the terrain. We had a great time and will be back!!!
