We had an outstanding 4-day trip filled with sunshine, activity and good food. Our room at Independence Square was spacious and comfortable, although loud at night from outside activity. There was a slight odor in room. We enjoyed the location. The concierge service by Mariya was excellent...very helpful and accurate.

overall, very good. However Monday morning, very loud construction next door starting very early 6-7 am. not good for the hotel!

The unit was just as seen on the website. The extra space in this unit made it more comfortable and feel like you were not in a standard hotel room. Continental breakfast is a plus to get your day started.

Very pleased with the location and comfort of room. Only drawback was not knowing we needed to go to real estate office in order to check in hotel. Also, a coffemaker was provided but no coffee, cups or spoons could be found.

We had such a wonderful time, we decided to come back as soon as possible. Aspen is a family friendly small city and very kid friendly also. We didn't get in the car the whole time. There are so many activities for everyone with varied interests we were constantly busy having fun. Thank you!!
