Our convenient downtown location, within walking distance to most of Aspen's attractions, limits our parking options. Unfortunately, the City of Aspen does not allow overnight parking in downtown Aspen. For our guests, this means the closest parking is 2 blocks away. Our front desk provides our guests who drive with a complimentary parking permit and a map that provides information regarding the parking zones.
Our hotel is one of Aspen’s historic buildings. It was built in 1898. We have an elevator that provides access from the lobby level to the sleeping rooms. There are 14 steps from our front door to our lobby. Once in the lobby, rooms are accessible through an elevator.
We appreciate you letting us know the air conditioner unit was not working properly; we are repairing it for future guests. -

Making a telephone booking after 5.00 pm is "Appalling”. I almost booked another hotel
apparently the off-site call centre staff numbers (unlike the off shore call centre's in the sub-continent!!!) reduce from 5 to 1 after 5.00 pm...meaning you are put on hold indefinitely, and in particular on the eve of a weekend... Not Good
"So easy to fix ...so hard to recognise and provide a solution”
