Our journey to find such sacred place started in the internet, but the moment i got into the house i felt like home. With all the facilities friendly house keeper and sincier landlord was the bonus. ? have such great memories in every metersquare of this house. Would deginately recommend even would love to visit such peacfull enviroment again in sometime. ?t is all surrounded by trees, really cozy very secluded, away from the rush but still close to the main area.
Once again thanks alot for all the good times that the house and the owners for the greatest times we have had.

Left on 02/19/2013 for a stay in February 2013
The cottage is located in a quiet area of Goa (which is an exception to the hussle in the surrounding parts).
The interior of the house is charming and reflects the taste of the owner-designer. All amneities are present.
The caretaker is a good cook who is happy to provide you with delicious Goan dishes.
The two dogs that belong to him (or the cottage) are very friendly and stayed most of the time at the terrace with us. Occasionally they barked at night, together with the other dogs in the valley.

GoaLittle Paradise by Name, Little Paradise by Nature
Left on 12/01/2012 for a stay in November 2012
Having travelled to Goa now for 20+ years we were worn with the beach scene & decided upon assagao - leafy, a bit cooler weather wise, hilly, and only about 12 mins in a vehicle to anjuna etc and 5 mins from Mapusa. This is the best place we've stayed at, and cheaper than hotels which offer far less comfort, cleanliness, privacy & quiet. The open plan upstairs house is great, the side pool and outside shower were a bonus. We had a fully self contained downstairs flat that we didn't even use, that comes with the rental as well. The owner who you deal with making the booking is very helpful, the caretaker Pascal is unobtrusive, but always smiling and there to help - and keeps the place in good shape. I strongly recommend you take him up on his cooking (quite seriously - for meat eaters, his chicken curry is restaurant quality & the best I've had!). There's also a taxi service they can arrange - the owner is very chilled, prompt, reliable, with set prices. A bonus for animal lovers is Jacky the dog - he'll sus you out to see if he's welcome first, but if he is, consider yourself having a guest for your visit - very friendly, great with kids, and a good watch dog, very loveable, and likes attention - especially in the mornings. If you're not into animals I get the impression he figures that out and stays away and just does guard duty. (And if you are into animals expect his mates to drop by to check you out - and then you don't get barked at as you walk around the neighbourhood). All in all a gem of a find and one we will use again and again

St. Catharines, Ontario, CanadaThe name "Little Paradise" says it all!!
Left on 06/01/2012 for a stay in February 2012
My wife and I spent 10 days at this lovely cottage in early February of this year and were absolutely delighted. The word "cottage" is a bit of a misnomer as the building is quite spacious, elegantly decorated and has all the amenities (full kitchen, air conditioning, laundry facilities, spacious outdoor patio) you could hope for.
There is also a very discreet caretaker on the premises (in a separate cottage) who will clean, cook, arrange a car and driver or scooter rental and go to the market for you.
The cottage is located on a quiet, pleasant street removed from what can be very crowded, busy beach towns but is still well within walking, scooter or driving distance of many fantastic restaurants, yoga facilities and local markets. Little Vagator is roughly 5 km away and has many excellent restaurants with a laid back atmosphere as well as a great beach where you can watch the sun set while drinking Kingfisher beers.
The beauty of a stay here is the complete autonomy you have, luxurious accommodation and all at a very, very reasonable price. We are planning on going back this coming January!!
Cheers.

Left on 05/27/2012 for a stay in April 2010
We have absolutely loved our many stays in this delightful cottage, aptly named "Little Paradise". Fabulously located in the picturesque assagaon valley, it is a stone's throw from the popular beaches and eating places, while still letting you wake up to birdsong and views of lush greenery, away from the touristic crush. The home itself is equipped with everything you might need, and the ever helpful caretaker, always at hand. We loved the open airy feel of the cottage, its aesthetic decor, the hammock in the back garden, the large balconies and sundecks, the amazing ayurvedic oil massages that were arranged for us, and just about everything about it! Cannot wait to go back...
