Two apartments furnished with taste and semplicity, whose names recall the ancient origins of the house. Each with two double bedrooms, a living-room, a bathroom, a well equipped kitchen, a terrace-solarium. Autonomous heating, digital TV, radio, CD player, telephone, washing-machine, microwave, wall safe. Large common garden with outdoor games and furnishing, ping-pong, garden chess, mountain-bikes. The property is completely fenced and you can park the car close to the house. The historical center of Assisi is only 400m far and can be reached on foot with a pleasant walk among the olive-trees. You can enjoy our production of extra virgin olive oil. Animals are accepted on request. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Im Mai 2012 vertrachte ich mit meinem Partner eine wunderschöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung La Rocchicciola delle Ulpupe in assisi . Die Lage der Wohnung und das Haus selbst ist wunderschön. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf assisi und das Tal bis nach Perugia. Das Haus ist aus dem 13 Jahrhundert und hervorragend restauriert . Es liegt inmitten eines Olivengartens . Auf der Terasse blühem viele Rosen. Assisi ist in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und mit alten Möbeln ausgestattet. Die Besitzerin Giovanna ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben von hier aus tolle Wanderungen gemacht.
