Luxury villa only 1km from the beach and Ribadesella centre, with wonderful mountains and river views.
Villa of 320m2 with land of 1,600m2 limiting with a stream which crosses the plot making it a beautiful feature. There are two accesses into the property, one with an electric gate. It is located in a very sought after village only 1km from Ribadesella and the beach. The villa has three floors. The villa is located just 1km from the beach and Ribadesella town centre. It is also 100 metres from a famous Michelin guide restaurant, which is one of the best in Ribadesella. The well known Tito Bustillo Caves are only 500m2 away, as well as a sports centre with tennis court facilities, etc. There are lots of outdoor activities nearby, such as horse riding, hiking, canoeing, hill walking, surfing, paragliding, paint ball, etc. There are hundreds of beaches within 30 minutes drive. Some of which are well known for surfing. Asturias airport is 45 minutes away and Santander's one is 1 hour and 15 minutes.
