Lovely, modern, new maisonette-penthouse ideally located for down town convenience.
It has 3 bedrooms with wood floors, large living room with kitchen fully eqquiped, bathroom with shower, w.c., a/c,t.v,free ADSL internet, washing machine, gaz heating autonomous.
It is located in a nice and safe area and close to supermarkets, bank,grocery, bakery and other shops. Also close to metro station (about 200m red line station Neos Kosmos) and 15-20min walking distance from historical sites Acropolis and Plaka.
Ideal place for your vacations in Athens.
It is possible to rent for short or lomg term.

This apartment is ideal whether you are looking for a short break or longer stay. With the good weather athens has to offer, the large balconies on each of the floors are ideal for relaxing in the sun. We advised the owner of our flight time and they were there to great us at the entrance to the apartment upon arrival to give us a tour around and even left us some cakes & drinks on the table to welcome us. It is located a short walk from the Metro Station which was really useful for exploring athens. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone that likes to get up early of a weekend as at 7.30am on Saturday and Sunday the nearby church bells bellow out, literally shaking you out of bed!

Very spacious, very clean.
All rooms have very efficient and silent airconditioning.
The main terrace is equipped with a table and chairs and is facing north so you always find a shadowy place to relax or eat and enjoy the weather outside. Wifi internet access worked fine.
The metro and tram station Neos Kosmos is only a five minute walk away. It's 3 metro stations to the Syntagma place in the city center and a 30 minutes tram ride to the beach.
You can walk to the akropolis area in 20 minutes.
We found two Supermarkets (open till 9pm) and two mini markets (open till 11pm) in the area.
There is only one power socket for the washing mashine in the bathroom and no towel hooks, but that was really the only thing we could nag about :)
We really enjoyed staying there. -

Everything was very good. Toula was very prompte in her response every time that I wrote to her and also her son who gave us the keys. The apartment is nice and very close to the center of athens, just 3 metro station to Syntagma. The metro station is about 5-7 minutes walk from the apartment. There are many places for groceries near by. The neighborhood looks a little bad because of the auto services all around, but this is not really a problem because is really quiet. I must say that this is a 3 bedroom apartment, but one of the bedrooms with a double bad is very small, suitable for two thin people or teens. The other two are ok, one with double bad, one with two separate beds. The only problem is that the terrace is sunny all day long and there is no canopy or something. Maybe they will fix this problem because I have seen that other tourists have reported that also. All in all, a good experience, a good price and I have to thank Toula for everything.

The penthouse is convenient to the metro station of Neos Kosmos. The back patio is great to share an evening meal as the sun goes down. The penthouse is in a safe neighbourhood. The 3 bedrooms makes the apartment great for a larger family. Toula the owner is wonderful. She answers all queries without delay, and although she is not on site she is only an e-mail away. One improvement would be a portfolio of instructions for use of equipment within the apartment and locations of essential local services such as locality of nearest supermarket.

the extended family consisted of six adults. i was in touch with Toula, our hostess for a month and she responded promptly every time. we had no problems with booking. she went out of her way to do small shopping to refuel the fridge and larder for us. small problems of not working equipment was fixed promptly on contacting. we all had a delightful stay in this comfortable apartment from May 27th to 30th and would reccomend it to anyone. Toula Georgakopoulou was our land lady at "Central chic penthouse in athens,near to acropolis" A delightful apartment over looking a church in a quiet street two metro stops away from the acropolis station. Three comfortable bedrooms made our extended family's stay very relaxed. Toula was very prompt to repliy to all my emails to her and answer my umpteen queries. She went out of her way to stock the fridge and larder for us at my request. even small problems with equiment were attended to promptly. Other family members on hearing our happy stay booked with her a week later. I would recommend this apartment to everyone looking to stay in one. Veena Mallick

Very tidy, efficient apartment. Location a little bit of a walk to the sites but the price fairly reflects this fact. Owner did a nice job of communicating and getting the keys was simple. She assisted with airport transfers. Snacks and drinks waiting for us in the apartment.
I would recommend if you don't mind a 15-20 walk or taking a taxi. -

Our group of three couples rented this apartment and were more than pleased with the location,the space in the apartment and the owner. The apartment is situated in an area close to the metro(neos Kosmos) and near to many bakeries, a few restaurants and supermarkets. Syntagma Square and Plaka were only three metro stops away. The apartment was spacious,clean and very large.There were numerous terraces. Being in athens for Easter was made more special by the fact that this apartment is in a residential neighbourhood with the local church close by.
Toula and her son were very kind and accomodating. This was our first time booking in this manner and we are very pleased with the results. -

A very pleasant apartment - 2 metro stops from the acropolis - a welcoming bottle of wine and a packet of halva were a nice touch. The owner's charming son picked us up from the airport and refused any payment for this. The only negative points were that there was no air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms so one member of the group had to sleep in a camp bed in the sitting room as it was very hot - and, although there was a wide terrace there were no sunblinds, so it was impossible to use it during the day. However, these are minor points, which could easily be remedied and we really had a very pleasant stay

Our family of 4 was starting out on a long trip to explore Greece. To have found a place that allowed us each our own room was wonderful. The apartment was spacious and clean. We had no trouble finding it off the metro. We were no more than 4 metro stops from all tourist activities. This is a real nieghborhood, bakeries and car repair places everywhere. Nothing fancy but, it was safe, and the apartment suited us perfectly. The landlord is not on site but was helpful whenever we needed something. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and sent on our way with a large bag of homemade biscotti.

This wonderful apartment was very large, airy, and upscale with lots of light, fantastic balconies, and all the amenities of home. It was nicely furnished and very comfortable. It's location was in a neighborhood convenient to trains & Acropolis. It was wonderful to stay for 3 days or a month and would certainly return. The owner was great and easy to work with.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Furnishings are more than acceptable and it was clean and tidy. The balconies, 5 in total, are a definite plus. Location was perfect and the Metro is easy to figure out and use. Unfortunately the recent demonstrations hampered a couple of our commutes but we still got around fairly easily. Both Toula and her son were very accommodating with both our reservations and directions upon our arrival which was late due to various delays. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment is modern, secure and spacious, and conveniently located close
to metro, bus and tram. It is also very close to the centre of the city in an areas
called Neos Kosmos. It is off the beaten tourist track, so you will have a
genuine experience of living in Athens.
Although some of the furnishings could be updated, they are comfortable and
each apartment has new cooking and washing facilities, which really enhance
the living experience. It is a new security building, which is great, and has
electronic climate control which is extremely modern.
Toula is an attentive owner who will endeavour to meet any of your
requirements. I have stayed there now twice and would highly recommend it to
anyone looking to stay in Athens for a period of time. -

We spent 2 nights in this recently renovated duplex apartment in central Athens. Couldn't fault the apartment. The photos do not do it justice, it looks much better when you see it for real. It has 4 balconies (2 of them are huge) with views over urban Athens. Powerful shower, central heating and aircon for the summer. Nearly all windows have electronic shutters - good for security and light/sound insulation. Not that this is a noisy neighbourhood, infact it is quite the opposite. It's about 10m walk from Singrou-Fix station and about 20m walk from restaurants around the Acropolis. Toula and her son were very helpful. Would recommend this apartment to everyone.
