We have 9 apartments from 30m2 to 120m2.

All the apartments are on the same area. (except apartment No8 which is next to Hilton Hotel.)

I live also on the same area so I am here to explain you everything about the apartment, give you useful maps and explain you everything about Athens.

But I will still be here during your stay if you need to ask me something.

Lovable Experience 3 is an ideal high quality 1-bedroom furnished apartment for those who like to benefit from all the advantages of visiting a modern capital, full of history, monuments and cultural activities at the best price.

The Lovable Experience 3 is... on the elavated ground floor of a large building block. The block of flats forms a large square with a nice and quiet garden at the middle, where the apartment looks at. The apartment is fully renovated and furnished and can easily accommodate 1-4 guests.

Fully equipped kitchen, 32" TV & DVD, 2 Air-conditions, Free fast internet access and telephone line (free calls to 43 countries like USA, UK, Spain, Italy, Germany and more...), hair dryer, iron, bed linens, towels and everything you need to feel like your home.

In walking distance you will find three major avenues (Kifisias, Mesogion & Alexandras), metro station (8 minutes walk), bus stations (1 minutes walk), grocery stores, theatres & cinemas, restaurants and bars.

The area is very safe.

There is bus stop 50 meters away (less than a minute) and metro station 8 minutes walk from the apartment.

If you do not like walking you can combine bus and metro.

Syntagma metro station (city center) is 4 metro stations away from the apartment.

Acropolis, Plaka, & Monastiraki area only 5 metro stations away. (Historical attractions)

National archaeological museum: easy access with direct bus line from the bus stop 50 meters away from the apartment.

Additional Location Information

The area is excellent and safe.
The trasnportation is excellent and you can go wherever you want starting from the apartment.
You can go very easy to the city center, the airport, the port, the train station, to the beach, to the malls. If you want you can combine buses, metro, trolleys, tram and be everywhere in Athens.

The apartment is located at 4 Arkadias street, Ampelokipi area, Athens.
The area is very safe.
There is bus stop 50 meters away (less than a minute) and metro station 8 minutes walk from the apartment.

  the flat was superbly fitted, beautifully decorated, well positioned. very close to public transport, a few stops away from the center, in a residential neighborhood (just the way we like it). In the flat we found well organized and detailed travel information about the nearby area and the rest of athens. Our host was beyond fantastic. on the last day we had a late night flight and were allowed to have use of the flat for as long as we needed for no extra cost.

  It was our first trip to athens. Our host was very helpful. He even prepared a map showing the shops and restaurants in the area. It’s only a couple of minutes to the metro station, so it’s easy to get to the sights. We liked the whole experience very much - lovable indeed.

  This apartment is fantastic for an extended trip in athens. The area is nice and safe at night for female solo travelers and is close to the metro and not too far from the tourist areas (by metro). The apartment is spotless and comfortable. It is decorated nicely and it seems like a lot of love and care went in to it. There is free wifi and overall the apartment is a good value for the price.
  
  Manos (the owner) could not have been more helpful. He really went above and beyond what anyone would expect and helped me with ordering food, directions to places, getting my luggage out the door, etc. He was wonderful!!
  
  I would definitely stay here again for an extended trip to athens.

  I'm an experience traveller who works in the tourism industry (Canada) locally and internationnaly, and I was really impressed by the service (Manos the owner was always accessible + he lives in the building); The location of the apartment is perfect, all little stores surrounding the apartment (groceries, patisserie, restaurants, market etc) which makes the day to day very easy and the people are so nice and tell us "Kalimera" everyday! And it is close to buses and the metro (2 to 10 minute walk), it makes our visit of athens quite pleasant (it was my 4th time in athens, I knew what I wanted to see again and needed a vacation to relax and enjoy what athens has to offer and I found it there!). The apartment posesses everything one need to have a "home away from home" - washing machine, hairdryer, coffee machine etc, really everything one should need. I had apartment "Lovable 3" which has a nice balcony that opens on a nice garden (1rst floor) with flowers, orange trees and you wake up with the birds singing in the morning and really quiet during the day, one wouldn't think they are downtown (Athens is quite a lively city). Manos the owner was very helpfull and made sure everything was OK (apartment clean etc) - it made my stay feel very safe and a great environement! I will defenitely go back and recommend this location! (I have already did...)

  we received a very detailed description of the
  directions, with a map and so on. so it was easy to
  find the apartment. our host was there and
  explained everything, could easily be reached when
  we had a question, gave us a warning about the
  strile of the public transport! we did not have any
  problems in Athens at all. the apartment was
  nice,everything we needed, even a washing machine!
  balcony at the inner side of the building, not so
  much traffic noise as in most hotels in Athens. and
  the greengrocer was greeting us every day when we
  passed his shop, as was the hairdresser, coffeeshop
  owner and so on. we really were living in a
  residential area. many good restaurants in the
  neighbourhood, mostly locals dining there, good
  quality of the food. we recommend this way of life
  in Athens.
