Although is very easy to create a video for the apartment we are the only company that give you the opportunity to see the apartment before you book it.
Because we feel very proud for the quality of our apartments and at the same time we think that clients must have a complete picture of what they are going to book, we have prepared a small video.

We had booked a smaller apartment but were offered this one for the same price. It was our lucky day as this is a great apartment with everything you could want for a stay in athens. Having said that, there was nothing wrong with the smaller apartment (4) in which we had expected to stay. Everything was very clean and well kept and the position of the apartment offered easy access to the centre of the city. The manager was extremely helpful and provided us with lots of useful information.
Don't miss the rooftop bar of the President hotel just across the road! -

This was a fabulaous place to stay. We had 5 of us in our group and the place was large enough for us to feel like we were not on top of each other. The 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, dining area and living room were great for our needs. One of the best things about was the use of the washer dryer and the well equiped kitchen. The place honestly had everything we needed for our stay. Some of the things that made it just like home included, wireless access to internet at no extra charge, a tv, dvd player, some dvd's (although we also brought our own) various items in the kitchen and a hairdryer. We were able to purchase our groceries from a store just down the street and come home and enjoy home cooked meals and quick prepared breakfasts or lunches before heading out for our activities. The apartment is just off of a main street that made using the city transist system very easy. Everything we wanted to access was generally one bus or metro ride away.
The owner was so attentive. Even before we stayed there he was kind enough to allow us to leave our luggage so that we could travel the city a bit and pick up the rest of our party at the airport. He gave info on the city, transit system and he understood where we would be travelling and gave us through travel options. Maps were provided as were directions to all local conviences. The day we arrived, there was fresh juice and bakery items in the fridge for morning so that we were not starting from scratch. He made sure we understood he was there on the premises should we have any questions or concerns. One night, out of any of our control, we experienced a power outage. Within minutes he was there to ensure we were ok and provided more candles. Our stay was for more than a week. Mid week a cleaning lady came in, cleaned the apartment, changed all linens and towels, although there were ample towels and extra bedding for all of us.
Should we ever travel to athens again or know of anyone that is travelling there we would not hesistate to recommend this apartment. It was clean, well equiped, safe and had a great owner that was helpful. -

Having visited athens many times this was the first time we went for an apartment instead of Hotel. We were not disapppointed, .
The aparment was exactly like it was shown on the web site, the manager was friendly and very helpful.
Local bus route is good and the metro only 2 stops away.
I have no hesitation in recommending anyone to stay here. -

My friends and I stayed here for 4 nights in the summer of 2010. We had a wonderful time and got to see a local side of athens which we loved. It was the perfect place for 2 couples and had excellent access to public transportation. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in athens.

The landlord was very friendly and went to great lengths telling us about the area and the various transportation options as well as keeping us apraised of any strike action on the metro. On the last day he even let us check out late and stay in another apartment for a few hours as our flight was not until late.
The apartment itself was an excellent size. We were a bit spoilt being only 3 of us in a 3 bedroom apartment but it was a huge saving vs staying in a hotel and each of the rooms had air conditioning and a balcony although there was not much of a view. Amenities were basic but included clean towels, some Dvds and wifi internet. Everything was clean though a little worn. We struggled somewhat on the first night to get back into the apartment but once we sussed out the keys and wonky door, it was fine after that.
The location was fine though perhaps a 10 minute walk to the main eating area and metro. There were a few small supermarkets nearby that were useful. There was a hotel down the road but its restaurants did not look very appealing (nor anything like their website!).
All in all, it was excellent value for money and spacious as well as excellent service from the landlord. Only minor point would perhaps be to give the apartment a once over doing a little repair work where needed, remove empty DVD boxes etc. -

This is a cosy apartment reasonably well connected to the tourist attractions. Manos is quite welcoming and at hand to guide and make one comfortable in a new place. He speaks good English unlike many people in athens.
Kitchen has utensils but one misses microwave. Tv has poor reception and shows mostly Greek channels. It will help to keep some international channels.

Staying in an apartment while traveling abroad is the only way to go! Not only did we get the experience of seeing all the incredible sights, but we could come "home" to a spacious, gorgeous apartment where regular tourists to do frequent. We absolutely loved our Lovable apartment and Manos, our host who was so very helpful. The neighborhood was quiet with a lot of small grocery shops and a marvelous fruit/vegetable/olive oil/wine shop right next door. I would highly recommend checking out this apartment if you're planning a trip to athens. The metro is so easy to use and the people are so very friendly. It was a wonderful staying experience. We had a very good welcome at the apartment, and the landlord was very friendly. He was very patient enough to answer all our questions for almost one hour :) The apartment was very well furnished, 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro.

Emmanouil is very helpful and organized. The house is good enough for 7 - 8 people. It is very well kept, neat and clean. There's a bit of noise from the streets but then it's Athens!
There's a big Carrefour Supermarket at 5 mins. walking distance. The Metro Station, Panormou is about 10 mins. walking.
The place is a little away from city center but the area is safe and accessible from Metro / Bus.
If you plan to stay in Athens for some days, then this is the place. -
