We call our apartment EP3.
We meet all guests on arrival and offer them our personal tour of the neighbourhood. We sow all of our guests our favourite cafes, galleries, tavernas and hidden museums.....all in our little neighbourhood....one of the last traditional areas of Old Athens.
EP3 is situated in the centre of the Historical Centre of Athens and is a short walk to the Acropolis and many of the great historical sites of Athens.
EP3 has a wonderful collection of Greek and local art on its walls.
EP3 has two private balconies, is air conditioned and has free high speed wifi.

The very centre of Athens. All of the major sites of Athens such as Plaka, The Acropolis, Monastiraki, Keramikos and the flea market are all only a short walk from this apartment.
The area is famous for the old artisans who still make ecclesiastical candles, leather products and even traditional clothing.
The area is not only full of antique stores but is also the home of Athens burgeoning young artist scene. Here you will find galleries and studios of many young artists of Europe, who have come to Athens to join in to this most vibrant artistic area.

The apartment and the city of athens were just wonderful. Where we stayed was modern, comfortable and spotless. The location was ideal, within walking distance of everything you would want. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and even when we we had problems with our credit card they were calm and efficient in their assistance.
We also stayed in the house in Nisyros. Again, clean, comfortable and within a spit of the ocean. We will be back. Best holiday we have ever had.Response from Dean G Hewett - 04/27/2013

We had the pleasure to stay in one of great apartments offered by Boutique athens - EP1. It was conveniently located near the beautiful historic centre of athens. Situated in a quiet street, a few minutes walk to cafes, restaurants and great shopping not to mention the lively Monastraki Square with the beautiful acropolis in the background. We were delighted with the area, we could take a lovely walk along the pebbled walkway leading to the acropolis or walk to the peaceful National Gardens, or sit at one of the many cafes and restaurants and enjoy the great atmosphere and food that athens has to offer. Our apartment was large, light and airy, with all the conveniences to make our stay comfortable. The rooftop terrace had a great view of the acropolis which was especially stunning at night. We could'nt have been happier with the accommodation. The wonderful people at Boutique athens helped make our stay a wonderful experience. Our special thanks to Dean for taking time to show us some wonderful places that athens has to offer, and also to Costas and Lia - nothing was too much trouble for them. We would rate our experience with Boutique athens 10/10!

We were a group of 6, 3 couples that stayed on arrival to Greece for one night then on our way back from the islands for another 3 nights. Costas and Dean were both very helpful in orienting us to the apartment/location. We very much enjoyed the rooftop patio and roomy apartment. The location is perfect for exploring what the city has to offer.

We stayed in this apartment for 7 days in Sept/Oct. The photographs on the website were good but the apartment was even better. It was chic, well designed and spotlessly clean. It was light and airy and felt very spacious. The roof garden was a good place to sit and have a drink and the view of the acropolis was fantastic.
The kitchen was well equipped so we could shop in the wonderful markets and eat in . There were also lots of good places to eat nearby. The apartment was well equipped with all the basics we needed during our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the street life and interesting characters. We felt secure and at ease walking around the city.
The staff at Boutique athens were very helpful. They booked us a taxi from the airport when the public transport was on strike. Costas took us on a walk around the local area and gave us lots of useful information.
This was one of the best places we have stayed. A great building in a great city.

This apartment was everything we hoped it would be. The location is great near lots of the major sites and close to some fantastic bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable and well equipped with everything you might need for a stay in athens. Additionally the service we received from the team at boutiqueathens was excellent professional, friendly and happy to share their local knowledge. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in athens.

We stayed in EP1 and we were very happy with it.
It is situated in a central part of athens on walking distance of all famous attractions. The neighborhood has nice restaurants and bars>
We loved the roof garden.The bed slept very well.
The house service was accurate.
No complaints and we would highly recommend this appartment for a stay at athens. -

We had a great time in the nice appartement. The hosts welcomed us very friendly, sponsored us local wine and ouzo and gave recommandations on local restaurants and nightlife. The appartment is pretty new in a nice house with beautiful roof top (view on the acropolis!). The area is central located, with plenty of restaurants around and also just 1 mile away from the nightlife district. We`ll need to come back!

I am Spanish and had been asked to work in athens on and off for some months during 2009 and 2010.
I stayed at different hotels but finally chose to stay at the Ep16 apartments that are managed by the people at Boutique athens.
I wanted to let people know the apartments are very well appointed, super clean and comfortable.
I especially loved the huge roof garden with views of the acropolis. Many times I worked up there on my laptop while used the the buildings wifi.
I enjoyed the personal service that the staff at Boutique athens gave me. They helped me by keeping luggage that I wanted to leave when I went home to Spain, they helped me with any need I had. They arranged taxis for me, they even picked me up at the airport when I was arriving in athens at a similar time to one of them .
I enjoyed the area they are in as well. I could fo running in a huge park nearby called Filopapou which has great views over the acropolis and the Saronic gulf, I could always find a fun place to eat and to get a coffee. Besides touristy Plaka I strongly recommend Psirri and Gazi.
Overall I want to highly recommend the Ep16 apartments, the area that they are in and the staff who look after you so well. -

I loved it very much, especially as the appartment is located in a sourrounding which is "rich": real live with all its contrast and not just smooth romantic kitsch -

Ep 16 was my discovery of the year: beautiful spacious appartment right in the centre close to all key spots managed by what must be the friendliest and most helpful people in all athens. They went out of their way to help with Internet / printer and all the other things that were essential for my work as a journalist. Plus: free beer on the rooftop terrace! Never will go back to those hotels I used to stay in
