GZ is a modern building of four apartments. GZ4 is located on the top floor. GZ4 has a huge terrace with outdoor dining, olive trees, and views over the Benaki Modern Museum.
Internally GZ4 has a double bed, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. The living and dining are on the terrace.
GZ4 does not have a lift to it. It is on the fourth floor.
GZ4 is only 25 sqm internally but has a 20 sqm terrace. The terrace has complete privacy due to wrap around curtains.

Incredibly helpful hosts who were a great resource for many different activities. As a studio apartment it's a good size and convenient. The bed very comfortable. The lack of a lift was tough after a day of walking up the many steep inclines of athenian tourist sights... The immediate location was excellent - lots of eating places and a couple of specialty shops

The location was just what we wanted: quiet, local and near everything. Fantastic!: You walk to acropolis in 20 minutes and you live local!
We have never had such a good servicebefore : very helpful but not nosy.
The flat is small, men you have everything you need, and the balcony is the best: big, sunny and quiet,and you follow the life of the street from heigh up.
We missed 1 ting - only 1 thing a hole week- an extra nice chair on the balcony.

We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hosts are very helpful, before and upon arrival by meeting us at the train station and escorting us to the location. The room was clean, and the amenities were exceptional. We really enjoyed the terrace and the location, which was very close to the train station and many sites. The washer and dryer were an added benefit! Thank you!

I stayed 1 week in GZ4. Aparment is basically brand new, compfortably furnished with all features as expected. It is in a quiet street!. Gazi is a mixed neighbourhood with plenty of good retaurants and bars nearby. 15 min walk to the pedestrianised area around the acropolis. 10 mins walk to supermarket and 1 minute walk to the new Benaki museum. Service was exceptional in booking, arranging transport and welcome at the apartment. If you have a problem with stairs book another apartment in the same building as this particular top floor has no elevator access.. Highly recommended.
