The apartment is located on the second floor of a two storey building. It is 110 m2 comfortable,clean,private and has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1WC, 1 fully equipted kitchen, 1 sitting-dinning room with fire place TV,WI/FI INTERNET,DVD,MINI STEREO. Obviously i provide sheets and towels high quality ,layer COCOC-MAT.All apartment is at your exclusive use and most of the stuff are brand new.The neighborhood is quiet and absolutely safe with no parking problem in case you rent a car.There is a supermarket in the corner and many traditional taverns around there are also bakery and pharmacy .

The apartment was beautiful! Very clean, nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. The owner was extremely welcoming and helpful with every little need that we had. She was willing to arrange taxis to and from the airport; she gave great recommendations of beaches and restaurants. There is a little grocery across the street, which was perfect for our needs. We have four children, and everything we needed was within reasonable walking distance for them. All in all, we would definitely stay again. The apartment was perfect; but in addition, the owner went above and beyond to help and to make our experience the best it could be.

The apartment is clean, well furnished and very well managed by Maria. She takes care of your needs and is always there to help you. It is centrally located in athens in a quiet residential neighborhood, and is relatively easy to access by public transport. Has restaurants and markets closeby.
The host, Maria also was very helpful in setting up transportation, like taxis, and making good recommendations for places to go, based on our needs.
I recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in athens -

In this house I have found everything you could want when you're on vacation, the services are excellent, the house is beautifully arranged with new furniture and especially the cleanliness of the rooms is excellent.
Also this apartment is pretty close to everything you need, supermarkets, restaurants, bars .. everything is just a short walk from the apartment.
But the thing that impressed me the most was the warmth and kindness of Maria, the owner, a really friendly and amiable person.
I recommend this apartment to all those who want to combine a holiday with a comfortable stay -

We stayed at the apartment for two weeks. It was indeed home away home. Clean, spacious and nicely decorated, and 'as advertised'. We had a pleasant and memorable time there with two kids age 6 and 9. The owner (Maria) is a very welcoming and friendly person and will provide all information you may need. We also get to meet her sister who lives downstairs (and her little lovely daughter :), again a very friendly and helping person who helped us find accommodation in Santorini. We would definitely consider staying there if we visit athens again - fully recommended.

We spent 5 nights witth Maria, and really enjoyed the stay. She made sure we had all the things we needed when arriving at night after a long flight, which really makes it easy. She gave us great recommendations on restauramts (great food and good prices). Her mother even "rescued" some of party when we sent them "home" without a key. the apartment is spacious. As a group of 6 adults, we had plenty of space.

first of all i will like to say that after two weeks living in that apartment I didn't want to leave anymore.. the treatment and the care and the attentions we receive by the owner were incredible, she made sure that our stay was as smooth and easy as possible. the location is very comfortable. the unit apartment is pretty, clean and has easy access to all sorts of transportation. since the day we arrive the owner (awesome person) made sure we enjoy our stay, she was constantly asking if we needed something... we felt the love from her and all her family,, they were there for us... i am thankful for all the help and i enjoy to the max my stay there.. i really recommend this apartment, you will enjoy and feel the way I did... thank you Maria for Everything...

I was looking for a place for a while on the net to have for our 6 week stay in Greece, Maria the owner, contacted me straight away and the booking was simple and quick. We chose a this place so it was a quick taxi road to all the main places, 10 mins from the centre, 10 mins from the main port to catch ferries to the islands and 10-15 mins to all the beach side bars and night clubs in Glyfada. This place was amazing value for money, clean and a very safe neighbourhood. We were on the top floor and the same family owned the 2nd and 1st level, so we felt very safe and didn't fear of any theft. We had this place as our base where we left our large luggage and travelled around the Greek islands with ease. There is a supermarket across the road and a milk bar around the corner, also a bus stop out the front and the main tram a 10 minute walk away. Maria had printed up a map for us and highlighted all the facilities in the local area that really helped us out until we familiarised ourselves in the area, we also had free wifi which enabled us to look up things and stay connected with back home. Maria went out of her way in making everything easy for us, she spent a whole day with me on her laptop to help me book our accomodation on the islands and her mum also cooked for us on our last day. Was an amazing experience, made us feel like part of the family and it felt we were locals and we always lived there. We thank you Maria for everything and we would definately stay there again...filakia

Maria should be commended for her efforts and her outstanding hospitality. Everything we needed was attended to promptly. The house is absolutely beautiful with all the ammenities you could ask for. And if there was anything extra that you needed, Maria took care of it quickly. Maria and her mother went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I felt as though I was living in my own home with friends. The apartment is a short walk to the tram stop (which runs 24hrs a day 7 days a week), great for when there is a taxi strike in athens. Short walk to restaurants, cafes and the supermarket is just across the road. I highly recommend this property for your travels. Believe me when I say that you wil absolutely feel like you are home.
Maria and her mother are two very exceptional people. We experienced some great times with them, they were always warm natured and happy to see us whenever we returned from an island trip. They were very respectful of our privacy and we were never disturbed at odd times. Maria's mother is a fantastic cook and you should try some of her cullinary delights when staying at the apartment. The place is excellent. The owners are distinguishingly nice and friendly. We spent a night in luxery place with tasty breakfast. Maria (the owner) helped us to organize a dinner in the middle of the night :) The location is convenient. In case of any problems you can count on Maria help for sure :)

We had the most memorable stay at Maria's apartment.It was tastefully done up,with great attention to detail in terms of colour,accents,fittings and furnishings.
For us a family with 2 teenage daughters,it became a home away from home.
We had heard about the warm hospitality of the Greeks,we experienced it first hand with Maria,and her family.
Sharing cuisines,and carrying back home made marmalade and hand pressed olive oil(by her beautiful mother)will help keep our memories of our friends in athens alive ,for a long time to come.
The best place to spend a wonderful family holiday in athens!
