Ideally located in the heart of Athens in the municipality of Kallithea.
It was built in 2006, it is modern decorated with very expensive materials. It is in the fourth of a six floor building. It is furnished and fully equipped. It is very comfortable because there are two separate bedrooms, where 5 persons can be easily accommodated and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is ensuite. In the living room there is also a corner sofa which can be transformed into a double bed. The heating is autonomous and the apartment is fully airconditioned. The house is only 5 minutes distance walking from Kallithea’s train station. It takes only 5 minutes by train to reach the Historical centre of Athens, Monastiraki and Thisio. It takes also less than 10 minutes by the train to reach Piraeus, the largest port of Greece where you can travel to the most of Greek islands. Only 50 m. from the apartment there is a big grocery store and less than 100 m away there is a pharmacy and a bakery. It takes less than 10 minutes to go to the shopping centre on foot. 100 m from the apartment there is a very nice park which is appropriate for promenades and because of the playground, it is ideal for children. Finally, less than 100 m away from the apartment there are plenty of coffee shops and Greek traditional taverns.
