Blooming Nest is a small, cozy apartment very close to Athens downtown. Large bedroom in romantic rose tones, queen size bed with visco-elastic memory-foam mattress and pillows for a comfortable sleep, hand-painted wall and closet, safety box in the closet for your personal belongings, balcony with 2 chairs and table facing the road and part of the park across the street.

Very close to the building, across the street, there is one of the largest Parks of Athens, Pedion tou Areos (Fields of Mars) where you can go walking or biking surrounded by green trees and birds. You can take a beautiful walk down the avenue along the Park to reach the metro station Victoria - green line (10 min on foot) or through the park, to the Archaeological Museum only in 15 min walking. Just opposite the flat's building there is a Bank with ATM and near the block there is a nice greek taverna, 2 supermarkets, a pharmacy for your special needs, a taxi stand and the bus/trolley station, direction downtown within 10-15 min. Blue bus no 224 and yellow trolley no 15.
The neighborhood hosts the Athens Courts, you will notice the large yellow buildings across the avenue. Also you will notice many cafes near our building. In the morning a lot of lawyers go there to drink their coffee and discuss with their clients.

Rental fees
- Key loss - $27 / stay - Fee - In case of any key loss, client is charged half of the current daily flat rate (50%).
- late check-out - $20 / day - Other - Check-outs must be done until 11:00 am. For any extended stay please contact the owner. For extended stays untill 19:00 we charge 15 €. For extended stays after 19:00 and until 22.00 pm we require a full day rate.
- Damage deposit - $121 - Security Deposit - Damage deposit is paid upon arrival and it's refundable to the guest upon his departure.
- cleaning fee - $13 / week - Fee - Cleaning fee of 10 euros per stay, is not included in the rental amount and is required upon arrival. For longer stays, and if client requests it, an extra full cleaning service can be arranged for 15 euros.
- late check-in - $20 / day - Other - normal check-in hours are 14:00-19:00. For check-in after 20:00pm and until 22:00 pm, a charge of 15€ is required. No check-ins after 22:00pm. Please contact the owner.

Yioanna was nothing but helpful from the very start! Every and any question she had she answered quickly and was very thorough. Her apartment is beautiful, comfortable and very clean. She even had juice waiting for us! As for location, its not in downtown athens but right outside the main hub of the city which makes it quieter (if thats at all possible with the motor bikes ;) ) than it would be if it were more central. With that being said, it is not hard at all to be able to get to the center of athens. There are two bus stops located right across the street which is very convienet. You just have to remember to get a full day pass so you can catch it home! I loved that also across the street, is a park, which was great for me to get in some early morning runs. I felt safe there running by myself. There is a food market on the corner and a handful of cafe's too, everything you could possibly need. The only downside was that there werent too many dinner spots within quick walking distance that we found, but it usually wasnt an issue (she had a few delivery menus available), and the night we knew we would be eating dinner around there, we went to the store and cooked in the apartment! Overall, fantastic stay!

Lovely apartment, really recommend! Had a great time, really comfortable and clean and also very good location. Yioanna was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Athens is a great city and staying at this apartment made my experience even more enjoyable. Walking distance from the Museum of archaeology which is a plus. Great stay in a great city!

A lovely, cosy apartment, immaculately clean and fully fitted with everything we needed for our stay. We loved sitting on the balcony in the bright morning sunshine enjoying our breakfast! The owner could not have been more helpful and welcoming, check-in and out was very easy.
The location was brilliant, in a leafy corner of a residential area, within sight of a large park and near enough to the centre to be in easy reach of all the tourist attractions (even when the metro wasn't running). Highlights for us were exploring the local fruit and veg market in Kypseli and climbing up Lykavittos Hill and looking out over athens.

If I have the opportunity to go back and visit, I couldn't think of staying anywhere else but at this sweet little apartment!! The owners made us feel right at home! The care and attention to detail was exceptional! They were always available for any questions! Everything you could need was supplied. The area was very quaint and easily accessible. We had the most lovely time and one of the reasons was this lovely little apartment!!

Although our stay was short, we did enjoy so much this sweet apartment! It was very well equipped,clean, with very relaxing colours everywhere, very relaxing 'ambiance'! We enjoyed our shower in the modern cabin! The bed mattress and the pillows really offered us a deep sleep! We loved the hand-painted floral decoration made by the owner on the walls and closet!
Very important: there is aTM and Bank opposite the building, supermarket and bus station very close, which made things very very easy for us! We enjoyed a dinner at the greek taverna close to the building and a long walk at the large and beautiful Park situated 7 min on foot from the flat!
Highly recommended, especially for couples. Although it's a small apartment, it's very relaxing, romantic and practical, in the center of athens. The owner helped us so much, she was very gentle!
