Ideally located a unique apartment in a very peaceful neighborhood, with an amazing view over the port of Piraeus, the largest port of Greece. It was built in 2006, it is modern decorated with very expensive materials. It is in the sixth and seventh floor of a seven floor building. It is furnished and fully equipped. It is very comfortable because there is one very big bedroom in which 3 people can be easily accomodated and two bathrooms. The one bathroom is also ensuite. In the living room there is also a sofa which can be transformed into a double bed. There is also a jacuzzi in the main bathroom. The heating is autonomous and there is als...o a fireplace. The apartment is also fully airconditioned. Bed linen, towels, cuttlery, dishes, pans, wifi internet and all electric devices are provided. The are balconies of 30 sq from where you can admire the magnificent view over the Saronic Gulf and the port of Piraeus. From the apartment, there is also access to the roof garden of the building where there is a fully equipped barbecue. Access for disabled persons from the road.There is boiler which provides 24 hours hot water. Only 100 m away from the apartment there is a super market and in less than 200 m away you can find traditional tavernas, a bakery, restaurants and cafeterias. Finally there is a private car parking inside the building at no extra cost. Airport or any other transport is available upon demand at an additional but very reasonable cost.

150 m away from the apartment there are bus stations from where the buses are leading to the most areas of Attica. The line 843 leads in less than 10 minutes to the boats for most islands, to metro (line1 Piraeus station) and to suburban railway (Piraeus station). The same line 843, meets in 3-5 minutes in the port of Piraeus the bus line X96 which leads to the international airport of Athens, Eleftherios Venizelos.

The line 040 leads in about thirty minutes to the Acropolis museum and to the Syntagma Square in the centre of Athens. The line 049 in 25-35 minutes is leading to Omonoia Square in the centre of Athens as well. The apartment lies very close to the port of Piraeus. Only 200 m away from the apartment is the docking of the Cruise Ships, thus it is suitable for tourists who are cruising. Moreover the apartment is very close to the docking of the boats which are travelling to the Aegean and Argosaronik gulf islands. 1.5 km away , it is the Marina Zeas, Pasalimani and Mikrolimano. Peiraiki beach which is an ideal place for romantic walks, is located only 1000 m from the apartment.
