My husband and I loved our stay. The Live in athens crew was very helpful, friendly, and flexible. They gave us great suggestions for places to visit and we felt like we had a local experience, thanks to them. The apartment was simple, but filled all of our needs. The view from the terrace is amazing! We would happily go back.

We're happy with our stay, apt is in central location, bright with sunlight, clean, few steps to nice cafes and restaurants, and quiet for having good sleep at night.
Very nice and spacious veranda facing the acropolis, to relax ourself before and after city sightseeing.
Host has been very helpful and easy to contact from the time we booked and throughout our stay, give us neighbourhood orientation and advice.
Surely will stay there again once we have the opportunity to visit athens in the future, Highly recommended!

The location is amazing. Walking distance from the acropolis, 1 1/2 blocks form the promenade and all the tourist attractions but quiet and residential, the location is excellent. Located near the Thissio metro stop, we were able to enjoy all that historic athens had to offer. The guys recommended a taverna just a few blocks away and we had one of our best and least expensive dinners while in Greece. The grocery store, the bakery and the liquor store are all in a 2 block radius from the apartment. Well appointed, we particularly enjoyed watching the sunrise and set while admiring the Parthenon from our balcony! We only wish we could have stayed longuer...

Stayed at the apartment for about a week. Great place and Great neighborhood. Really enjoyed my stay. The apartment has everything you might need, convenient stores in the nearby street and a great terrace to enjoy the view and relax.
Would definitely come back if I get the opportunity. -

Live in athens apartment 1 is a fantastic location to stay during your visit to athens. The apartment is well decorated, air-conditioned and has an amazing outdoor balcony with a view of the acropolis. The surrounding area is equipped with many bars, shops and restaurants all within walking distance.
The service we received when enquiring all the way through our stay and following our stay was friendly, efficient and helpful.
Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting athens. -

I was very fortunate to be able to stay at this Live in athens property for 4 nights when I was in athens this July on holiday. It is a great apartment, very centrally located with breathtaking views of the acropolis. From the very first email exchange the Live in athens team was incredibly responsive and helpful. This was my first visit to Greece and they went above and beyond to respond to any questions that I had about athens as well as the islands that I planned to visit during my stay. Courteous, informative, and all around great guys!
The apartment is in a great location, only a few blocks from the Thissio metro stop and the acropolis, and easily accessible from the airport and the ferry port. There are restaurants, bars, shops, and most of the city's attraction within easy walking distance. The apartment itself has great space, is comfortable, and is very well appointed (internet, TV, radio, alarm clock, full kitchen, living room, comfortable bed and bedroom). My favorite feature though is the beautiful outdoor patio which offers some of the most amazing views of the acropolis. Whenever I was at the apartment I spent most of my time out there. Stunning!
I will definitely go back to Greece and I will very gladly stay at this Live in athens property again. True to their name, while staying there I felt like I was actually living in athens, and that's a wonderful thing!

These guys were great.
From picking us up from the airport, leaving special treats in the apartment to offering a really friendly welcome.
Very tidy apartment with fantastic balcony for outdoor evenings & great view to the acropolis
Location is excellent, with short walks to major attractions & restaurants / bars.
Cooking facilities make this a much better deal than staying in a hotel! -

We had a great stay at the apartment in Thissio. The view is better than advertised - it was so good that we had a hard time leaving the apartment to visit the rest of the city. It was so nice just to sit outdoors and marvel at the sight of the acropolis. The neighborhood is very safe, with several markets, bars, and restaurants nearby. It is also very close to the metro stop (less than 5 minutes walk). The kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom are well furnished, and the bedroom has a nice modern a/C. Vassilis was very helpful to us when we checked in. He pointed out the best places to visit in the city and what places to avoid at night. In the kitchen freezer there were several large Greek pies that his mother made. For dinner one night we just put one in the oven, bought a bottle of wine, sat on the very spacious balcony, and watched the light beam from the acropolis. Couldn't have asked for a better dinner for the two of us!

We had the chance to rent this amazing apartment in june 2012.
Fully equip, very well decorated, situated in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood.
The huge terrasse with the view of the acropolis is stuning.
Every interests are from walking distance. There is a metro station nearby too.
For sure, after 6 years in hotels in athens we will prefer to stay in the best apartment ever. We felt at home. We can not forget the four owners who take good care of us.
They are just amazing, creative and careful.
A must if you want to live athens the best way ever.
