Ideally located in the heart of Athens in P. Faliro area, a unique apartment in a very peaceful neighborhood. It is only 1 minute walking from the sea and only 100 m from the closest bus and tram stops. The apartment is modern with very nice materials and furniture. It is in the first of a five floor building. It is furnished and fully equipped. There is one bedroom, one bathroom, a spacious living-room and a hall. In the living room there is also one sofa which can be transformed into a double bed and 2 more sofas which can be transformed into a single bed each.
