What Past Guests Are Saying
The apartment was lovely, a spacious living room well equipped and laid out nicely what made it special was the views of the sea at the front and mountains at the back. The owner Constantin made a real effort to accommodate and the pick up from the airport and for various other trips was prompt and efficient. Although the bathroom was small it was functional. The kitchen was well equipped, there was a small mini-mart a couple of minutes walk down the road and a larger supermarket about 5/10 minutes away. There was a regular bus along coast and into athens and a pleasant beach restaurant / bar nearby.

Fantastic apartment, magnificent sea view!
Travel period: September 2012
Fantastic apartment with magnificent sea view;
the apartment corresponded in every point as listed. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with all the things you need to cook. A highlight of the apartment is a large front
balcony facing on to the sea, another smaller one at the back facing the distant mountains, and a sizeable side sun terrace well furnished.
The orientation is also perfect: shady in the morning and sunny in the afternoon.
The proprietors are really nice, very willing to help, and extremely accommodating. Constantin (the owner) fetched us from the airport and brought us back to the airport at the end of our stay. Having no car, Constantin even took us on an absolutely impressive sightseeing tour around the Cape Sounion
- what a nice gesture!
The apartment is located just a 5 minutes walk to the clean and sandy beaches and to the E 22, the express bus to athens Syntagma Square from where you can take up your city tours.
We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. It is definitely a place for people looking to enjoy athens but who would like to spend the evenings
relaxing on their private balcony out of the heat and bustle and hustle of a city, seeing the sun set into the sea.
We can only recommend this location to the fullest!

Relaxed friendly and totally enjoyable
What a lovely experience. The owner and his family were helpful. From the very moment we stepped into the lovel appartment with the view of the sea, the use of the pool and a nice quite location we knew it was going to be great.
The location was brilliant, 20 minutes from athens airport, 30 minutes to athens, 10 minutes walk to the beaches, the supermarkets and the restaurants and bars. Its a local resort full of local people, wonderful!!
To pick one best bit would be wrong - the friendly thoughtful family, friendly local people, atmosphere, lovely spotlessly clean well equipt apartment and great location just made the holiday a dream. We will return
