Ideally located in the heart of Athens in the municipality of Kallithea.

It was fully renovated in 2012, it is very modern decorated with very expensive materials. It is in the third of a six floor building. It is furnished and fully equipped. It is very comfortable for a couple with one child or for just a couple. The kitchen is fully equiped with oven,microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer. Bed linen, towels, cutlery, dishes, pans, wifi internet and all electric devices are provided. Two big closets will make your stay more comfortable.There is boiler which provides 24 hours hot water.

Airport or any other transport is ava...ilable upon demand at an additional, but very reasonable cost.

The apartment is only 5 minutes distance walking from the closest bus station. It takes only 10 minutes by bus to reach the Historical centre of Athens, Monastiraki and Thisio. It takes also less than 15 minutes by bus to reach Piraeus, the largest port of Greece where you can travel to the most of Greek islands. Only 100 m. from the apartment there is a big grocery store and less than 150 m away there is a pharmacy and a bakery. It takes less than 10 minutes to go to the shopping centre on foot. 100 m from the apartment there is a very nice park which is appropriate for promenades and because of the playground, it is ideal for children. Finally, less than 200 m away from the apartment there are plenty of coffee shops and Greek traditional taverns.
