This is a two bedrooms villa with a private swimming located in Marathon area and specificaly in Sesi beach. The Sesi beach is only 40 minutes from Athens, although it is a unique and beautiful unspoilt holiday place , with fantastic beaches. The 100 square meters villa is overlooking the sea and the island of Evoia. The owner has proved the best of accommodation quality in Villa Agnanti which is a few meters away from Villa Konaki. This is a fully refurbished holiday villa, spacious, suitable for couples, families, elderly people and anyone who is looking for a relaxing traditional holiday to combine with site-seeing and visit Athens-Acropo...lis and other interesting sites. The decoration of the house is traditional Greek, and you will find anything you need during your holidays. What to Visit during your holiday in Villa Konaki 1)The Island of Evoia is within a 1 hour drive(there is a bridge connecting the island with mainland Greece, or 10 minutes drive and 40 minutes ferry. In Evoia there are beautiful beaches and nice tavernas and bars to visit. 2)Athens and Acropolis: Within an hour drive the guest can reach the center of the Greek Capital. 3)Nea Makri and marathon in 30 minutes drive: Ancient sites, beach bars, bars and clubs, restaurants, museums, shopping centers, banks, Internet cafes. 4)Greek islands for day trips: within 45 minutes drive the guests can reach the port of Rafina. From Rafina there are ferries to many Greek islands as Mikonos(4 hours), Paros(4 hours), Tinos. Also there are speed ferry boats that can take you to main Greek islands within 2 hours. 5) Corinthos are within 2 hours drive from the Villa. 6)Olympia is a nice visit for day trip. SESI BEACH IS A BEAUTIFUL BEACH LOCATED ON THE NORTH-EAST PART OF ATHENS, AND IT IS PART OF MARATHON AREA - ATTICA. The beach is awarded as the cleanest beach of Attica, although it is situated only 40 minutes away from the center of Athens. Sesi Area is part of Grammatiko village this is the reason the locals call it Grammatiko Beach. Grammatiko is a nice small and traditional village, 500 higher from the sea level. The Sesi area consists of several other beaches than the Sesi beach. The two larger ones are the Sesi beach and Small Sesi beach.

The Small Sesi Beach, is not that small, and it 400 meters beach, where there is nothing built except of a small canteen for the guests to get something to eat and drink. The water is crystal clear and the beach of sand. The Sesi Beach is larger in size, and it can accommodate hundrends of guests in its crystal clear water. There are two very nice tavernas-restaurant on the coastline, and a beach-bar/Pool-bar which operates as bar and offers snack by the pool in front of the sea. In front of the Sesi Beaches, you will see the beautiful Evoikos Gulf. It is created by the sea gap between the mainland Greece -Attica, and the Evia Island, the second largest island in Greece. With a small boat you can visit the south part of Evia , within 15 minutes boat drive, alternatively you can either take the Ferry from Agia Marina Port(10 minutes from Sesi Beach) or you can drive to Chalkida where you pass the bridge to Evia (1 hours drive). The boat from Agia Marina (Santa Marina) will take you to Evia in 40 minutes, and you will visit fantastic isolated fish villages, but also cosmopolitan town on the sea front, depending on your taste. There are regular ferries to Evia, every hour.

In Sesi beach there are other small beaches, which are accessible on foot, within 3 minutes walk from the Sesi Beach. These are small beaches are created by the fallen rocks in several part of the coastline, creating beautifull small beaches of 20-30 meters inside caves creating a natural umrella of the mountain and the pine trees. In the are of Grammatiko there are two beautiful accommodations to stay, panoramically located above the Sesi Beach and Evoikos Gulf, the Villa Agnanti , a 12 bedrooms boutique style luxury villa, and the Villa Konaki, which is 2 bedrooms villa with private swimming pool. Both properties operate from Spring to November.The Sesi area and the Grammatiko has been an ancient place for the last few thousands of years.

The visitor can see the ancient city of Ramnus which is located panoramically over the Evoikos Gulf and you can visit it in only 15 minutes drive from the Sesi Beach. Ramnous or Ramnus or Ramnounta, is an ancient city with alive temples, Acropolis , ancient houses, borough management buildings, and the visitor will stay still on the view and the feeling of the oldest city on the world. It has a port, and walls protecting the city from the Enemies. Ramnus is accessible every for an entrance fee of 3 euros per person (2013-2014 prices).
