These furnished apartments are located in the center of Atlanta between Midtown and Buckhead 1 block off Peachtree Street with dozens of restaurants within walking distance. It is a 15-minute walk to the High Museum of Art, 5 minutes to Piedmont Hospital, Savannah College of Art & Design, Atlantic Station and 3 miles from the Georgia Aquarium, Coca Cola Museum and CNN Center. The Atlanta Beltline walking and biking trails are a 10-minute walk away and connect to Bobby Jones Golf Course. A 3 mile walk, jog or bike through historic Ansley Park leads you to the Botanical Gardens and Piedmont Park which features a pool, tennis courts, baseball, soccer and bocce ball courts. All major highways can be accessed by car within 1 mile. Favorite neighborhood restaurants are Mellow Mushroom, Uncle Julios, Tuk Tuk Thai, R. Thomas, Sufi's, Ted's Montanna Grill and El Azteca.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The studio was clean and modern and in a great location. Everything we needed was on site. The price was excellent. Danielle did a great job in confirming my reservation and when I did not receive her initial email with arrival instructions, she promptly resent the email and followed up with me to make sure I had received it. My only complaint would be the crazy atlanta traffic but they can't do anything about that! I will definitely stay here again!

Muito, muito bom! Apto limpo e organizado perfeito para duas pessoas. Todos os utensÃlio necessários para refeições rápidas e mesmo cozinhar caso queira. Ótimo o atendimento da Danielle e na verdade se o hópede quiser tudo é sistêmico não precisando falar com ninguém. Tudo funciona!
Outros: boa quantidade de cabides e armário grande, ótima relação custo/benefÃcio. Bem localizado, rua residencial bonita e simpática. Boa segurança. -

The perfect base to explore atlanta and the area. Easy walking distance to bus stop, large car park. Quite safe location near many local eateries and bars.
The place was simple and modern everything worked well.
A very simple check in procedure.
Very comfy beds with soft linen.
The Wifi worked all the time.
We would defiantly stay again if in atlanta.
I would have like more local information as a first time tourist to atlanta. -

I'm still in shock after watching the final four a few days ago. For a couple reasons, how great the games were, and also for how great a deal this place is. It's truly in a perfect location to see atl, and the rooms are comfortable and a great value. Our group of 8 had 3 rooms and have been discussing taking another trip to atl soon. We had a great time and I'll never stay anywhere else in this town.

Everything was as it was stated in the description of this property. The pictures you see on the website are just like the rooms I satyed in. The staff was very helpful. They even took out a couple down filled accent pillows when we inquired about what types of pillows were on the bed. This is a perfect place for one or two people to stay in atlanta. The neighborhood is nice and good access the the interstate highway and all of downtown atlanta. The room was very clean when we arrived.I highlyrecomnend it!

The studio apartment was quiet, clean, comfortable, modern and large enough for a single person or a couple. The off street parking is limited but we did not have any problems getting a parking space. It's in a very good neighborhood and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. And it’s just a short drive from downtown attractions. I definitely recommend this rental.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was quiet free parking that is centrally located. It is a 8 minute drive to downtown atlanta and is surrounded by hospitals, restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation. There are two shopping malls (perimeter, Lenox Square) within 15 minutes of this location. It was very, very clean and pleasant smelling upon entering. I loved the decor and the best is the laundry room on site. I had one issue that was fixed almost immediately. Anytime I am in atlanta I this will be my place of choice to stay. This was much cheaper for a week than staying in any hotel in downtown or Midtown atlanta. Not to mention the bed was super comfy, free wi-fi, cable tv, very good closet space. My small family recently stayed at the Studios on 25th for a two-week holiday break. We could not have been more satisfied or pleased with the accommodations. We now joke that this is our new home in atlanta. The property is well-maintained and the units are exactly as pictured. The furnishings & finishes are all relatively new, modern and space-efficient (Ikea I think). We had everything needed - a fully-stocked kitchen (pots, plates, utensils), comfy linens, paper products, free Wifi, at&T; U-Verse cable with lots of options, iPod station, and much more. This is perfect for a longer stay (housekeeping is done weekly and there is a small laundry on site). The location is perfect - it's Midtown atlanta, minutes to the heart of Buckhead or to downtown. It's a great, safe area with a nice Thai restaurant just up the street, and groceries and pharmacies just minutes away by car. Easily accessible from the highways...well, pretty much everything we could have asked for. Danielle, the property manager, was wonderful!! She truly made us feel welcomed and took care of any requests or minor issues that arose. And, as so many others have mentioned, the rates cannot be beat for the level of comfort! This is truly a gem and I wish I could keep it to myself but the word usually gets out about anything great! Thank you for a truly enjoyable atlanta vacation.

I had an awesome leisurely stay. Very private, Check-in and Check-out we're easy. The location was great with easy access to transportation as I was without a car. I'm a female and traveled alone so safety was quite important to me, the studios are located in a safe environment.
Did I mention the price? It's actually a steal! Plus the pics are exactly how it is in real life. The studio was clean, very modern and Wifi was fast.
Highly recommended and if I'm going to be in atlanta again I will definitely stay here. -

As a repeat guest, the new Premium studios are the best I've seen. You really can't beat the location, style and quality of furnishings, ease of check-in, number of deluxe cable TV channels, convenience of staying here vs. a national brand extended-stay hotel or the professional and friendly staff.
We stayed for a month and saw a major motion picture filmed here, met some performers from the ballet and opera and a lot of high-end business people who can easily afford 5-star hotels but stay here instead for the privacy, cost savings and quiet neighborhood - the paparazzi will never find you here!
You can walk to lots of great restaurants and bars (our favorites are Watershed and Uncle Julio's) or cook your own meals at home; we did both - there's a Fresh Market about a mile north on Peachtree. The kitchen is fully equipped and spotless. Everything works well and we were surprised by how fast the free wifi internet speeds were - that's normally a sticking point for us at most places but not here. -

Worth every penny! Didn't feel as intrusive as some hotels can do and it was just like having my own apartment. All the info you should require is provided at the apartment. Apartments were clean and well furnished with utensils (very comfy bed!). Surprisingly spacious and didn't feel too overcrowded even with several in the room. All those that saw it were impressed and surprised they were not aware of the establishment. Don't think it could be beaten for price and location, which is very quiet. Easy drive to Downtown atlanta and the nearest train station is a brisk 10 -15 minute walk. I would easily stay here again. Highly recommended!

We rented a studio for 10 days. Upon arrival, it had all the amenities of home, but we felt like we had been transported back to France, staying in a beautiful flat. This location is very close to several attractions and in a lovely neighborhood. My husband and I traveled there for business. The staff was warm, friendly and accommodating. Because of the time constraints on our schedule, we were able to grocery shop and spend time eating our breakfasts and dinners in the studio. Absolutely lovely!!!

If you're in town for a week or more, look no further than Studios on 25th! These studios are very good value for money and its location in midtown is both convenient and safe. Accommodation are well maintained and are of a very high standard. My studio looked exactly like the one that was featured on its website! The property manager was very friendly and efficient too. I cannot wait to return to this property again!

I love staying at this place. It is in a great location and the staff is extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. One of the best beds I have ever slept on in a hotel. It felt like more of your own apartment in the city which really allowed you to get a good feel of the city. I will be returning!

We travel to Atlanta several times a year for trade shows and
conventions for a few weeks at a time. This location is the best part of
the whole city - walking distance to everything you need which is very
unique in Atlanta, the city of cars and traffic. Public transport is a
block away or walk 15-minutes to the Arts Center subway station and the
best museums. The price is half of what we normally pay for a hotel room
and we were able to book several studios for our whole group. There were
no extra charges because it has Free Parking, Free WiFi, beautiful
high-quality linens and very comfortable beds.
Our favorite feature
is how clean and stylish the interiors are - everything is brand new and
well kept including the fully equipped kitchenette. There were several
designers in our group which makes us a demanding bunch, but these
owners have done a fantastic job, are very friendly and professional and
made us feel truly welcome and comfortable.
We've already booked our
rooms for the next convention in July and will never bother with another
hotel stay in Atlanta again - we're staying here. -

I do a lot of business in Atlanta and usually just stay in a hotel. That
won't happen again. I found the Studios on 25th's website and booked a
reservation online. It was dirt cheap to stay here and in the best
location I've seen yet. The unit is not the size of a suite, but it has
everything you would ever need and management was great. They responded
quick to my email and when I arrived I went straight to my key box to
get my keys and checked in. So simple. I have recommended this place to
