Are Family had a wonderful Stay? We came on a family trip to go to six flags and aquarium. The location is perfect. It takes about 8 to 10 mins to get downtown and to all the nice restaurants in the area. We also enjoyed Chaistain Park which is about 1/2 mile from the house. The house was super clean and was stock with products like paper towels and toilet paper. Publix is next door if you need anything. The neighbor hood is really safe and walking distances to stores and family restaurants. We couldn't say anything but nice about the home owner and property manager. They were easy to communicate with and to pay. We loved it so much we left them a plant before leaving. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.

First off before coming into the house, I had been getting mixed communication, because I was speaking with a gentleman for over a month who had given me all the information I needed (rental agreement, other basic info). Then a lady took over who stated she had become the new property manager and had been it for a month (I had been corresponding with the gentleman for more than a month and never heard about this woman), however upon me contacting the owner the week of my trip she stated she wanting me to sign another agreement etc with different pricings on it and asking for a deposit. It was confusing to me because I didn't know why I had to redo anything at all. I never signed a new rental agreement and I will go by the one that was signed by me and the owner. After arriving there the house was nice on the outside and ok on the inside. The sink leak on the floor all week in the kitchen because it was broking or something the water piled up on the floor often which was frustrating because we spent a lot of time in the kitchen...Also the house wasn't clean at all however they stated that a maid comes into clean it, I saw tons of dust and cracks in the furniture. The walls weren't painted so they had a lot of infractions as well. The outlets weren't covered at all on the plugs which I thought was dangerous so no little babies should be in this house. The house wasn't what I expected the movie theater that they have has a bed in front of the screen you would watch it on, and the couch is turned in the direction of the TV. The projector didn't work when we tried to turn it on so we never watched movies on it. The TV in the den/sitting area was old. The computer screen was damaged. The grill was very disgusting it looked as though it never gets clean. The outside was full of pollen. The bathrooms were nice for the most part. I just thought that if they had a maid (which I don't believe they do) then the house should be cleaner than it was. Ok overall... Will not return!

Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. Personally I clean the house for you so it would be really nice. I own a maid service for 10 years so I hate you felt that it was dirty. We do have two cleaning service that we love. They love to take care of the house when I can't clean it my self. They both do great jobs. We are sorry hear the sink leak all weekend. .It took 2 seconds to fix, if I only knew I would have sent the handyman over.
I'm sorry you thought it was weird communication but Chris is my boy friend and he was over loaded with work so I suggested that I take over to be the property manager fron now on.
The lease agreement had a typo so I just wanted to corrected it and the cleaning fee was left out so it needed to be added. Everyone in this world makes typo. It just happen I guess with the wrong person. I think this was the first time someone hasn't paid for cleaning fee and had this many complaints.
Please don't except a movie theater because the projector wiil never be hooked up in less requested. We have a flat screen tv for the basement floor to act as a extra bedroom or a sitting room.
We continue to make changes and fix up the place more and more.
We love our place and love when we come home to the big 4 story town house with lots of room, cozy beds, big bathrooms, high ceilings,
and quiet neighbor hood.
Again we apologize you had a bad time.
We will work on a few things to make our place even better.

This Townhome is beautiful. The numerous upgrades are impressive. It is very spacious and comfortable. It would be the perfect unit for a couple or a family. The owner is very accommodating and easy to deal with. Our family enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect. It is convenient to atlanta attractions and restaurants.
