I traveled to atlanta and took my 90-year old mother, 11-year old grandchild, and two tons of writing and design work. Having traveled for more than 30 years, hotels can be quite a distraction and surely pose security problems one cannot even imagine. I have now opted for private stays. This place is a definite keeper, actually set up for private guests throughout. (Meaning, no personal clutter from the owners). The Property Manager was mature, courteous and knowledgeable. The home is very spacious with four bedrooms, and a fantastic kitchen with every modern appliance.
I had no worries about my grandchild exploring the Lobby of a public hotel unsupervised, or concerns about strangers in the room next door. My mother was more than comfortable, and with three bathrooms, she could luxuriate as long as she liked. Worry free, I was able to complete more work than I would have in a hotel, at a substantial cost savings.
This place is now on the top of my atlanta accommodations list. -

I am new at private rentals and have heard horror stories. The property set the bar high for me, I was greeted by the Property manager on time and in a professional manner the house rules where clear and straight forward although it was a private home it had a very comfortable rental presence, not a lot of personal junkie items all around . Very clean and tastefully decorated. Payment process was easy and secure and I did not fear any scam situations in the air. ..lol I hsve heard horror stories... To sum it up I will be using this property Everytime I go to the aTL !!!

Great place to stay and so close to atlanta. I loved this house! I am in atlanta frequently to visit my son at Morehouse College and we will be returning again for his graduation. Sooo much nicer than a hotel! Juan
