Everyone at Sepctrum, from booking, to sign in to drop off were wonderful. A few minor bumps in the beginning upon arrival to the unit. The smoke alarm was chirping, I replaced the 9 volt battery as I had to go to the store anyway...the water was not turned on to the unit, but with the help of a neighbor I found the shut off and turned on the Water. And the aC was slow to catch up. I called Spectrum,I am not sure if they sent someone out, but the aC caught up and the rest of the weekend was wonderful. All of the bumps occurred and were fixed withing the first 3 hours upon our arrive. The unit itself was clean an comfortable. The rest of the weekend was wonderful and I would definitely consider renting this unit again...Thanks for a great weekend.
