  Online this is such a beautiful property. Once arriving we could only use one driveway or your vehicle would be scratched up by the trees on the left sided of the garage. We thought we would have a two car garage as it appears on the picture, but the garage is full of other items. I had the worst Vacation ever staying on this property. As always the first 24 hrs I check out the place and take pictures of anything out of normal. I had very well mannered teenagers that came along with me. And we had planned to enjoy our weekend. We also had other family members at two other locations that I wished we had booked with. After getting settled in and going out enjoying a our day, we came back in to settle for the evening. There were so many things broken in the bedrooms and other rooms. After checking out the entire property, I called the emergency number due to after hours contact. I left a message and someone returned my call about my complaint. The next morning I had family from other properties to come have breakfast with us. And now with no space to park due to full garage and trees to stratch your vehicle they had to park on the street. Finally someone call to schedule an appointment to come view my complaints. The lady from Spectrum talked to me as if there is nothing wrong with the property. I demanded someone from Spectrum to come as I continued to take pictures of the broken items and furniture. Two ladies from Spectrum finally came over and I showed them all the damages that were done prior to our moving in. One of them stressed to the other that some of my same complaints had been reported before and just had not been fixed. They continued to have very ugly attitudes with me. They also said they had complaints about parking. I told them we have no place to park and that there online invitation is very misleading. I had over 10 to 15 pictures and complaints to show them. They were very very very rude and I will never choose Spectrum property again.
