This is an older house, not recently remodeled, but clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We were seven single adults seeking a quiet weekend at the beach. It rained most of the weekend, but the house had enough space to not make us feel cramped indoors. The only negatives were that although a beach front house, only the master bedroom has an ocean view. There is also a deck with a great view on the back, but it is uncovered - good for sunbathing, not so good for sitting outside when rainy. Overall thouhg, it was a great value for a beachfront house very near the atlantic Beach public beach area. We all agreed that we would like to rent it again in the fall.

This is an absolute wonderful place to stay if you have a big family or multiple families or even just a bunch of friends. Oceanfront with great views from the upper deck. Lots of room inside. Loved all the wood and nautical decorations too. Made it feel more like you were at home at the beach instead of just some hotel. My family all went here in 2011 for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and if we all come back here someday, this is where we'll stay again. Book it for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
