Cancel that hotel! Why stay in a cramped room when you can get a large, upscale two-bedroom condo with a full kitchen, living room and laundry room? Most timeshares cost less than a hotel room and are 4x the size!

RATES:
The prices vary depending on length of stay, unit size, time of booking, season, if upgraded units are available, and if weekend nights are rented (which cost more than weeknights). We get a 50% discount at 60 days prior, so please realize that when requesting dates that are more than 60 days out. PRICES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE. PLEASE CHECK OUR BASIC RATES BEFORE RESPONDING TO THIS AD, BECAUSE WE WILL NOT ACCEPT LOW OFFERS.
DISCOUNTS OFFERED:
Repeat-client discount: 5% discount on every rental after the first has been completed.
Multiple Unit Discount: If you are renting multiple units from us (for the same dates), we will offer a 5% discount on each additional unit. (Note: does not apply to rentals outside of 60 days.)
Refer-a-Friend Discount: After you have rented from us once, you are eligible to participate in our "Refer-a-Friend" program. Receive a 5% credit towards your next rental if a friend or family member you refer rents from us. The credit is 5% of your friend's rental amount or of your rental amount, whichever is less.
Military Discount: We also offer a 5% military discount (active duty, reserves, retired).

Value = January 1-March 26, November 26-December 31
High = April 23-May 21, September 10-November 19
Prime = March 26-April 23, May 21-September 10, November 19-November 26
POLICIES:
We have a 2-night minimum stay requirement. 50% is due at the time of booking (if more than 60 days out). The remaining 50% is due at 60 days prior, and we will send you a reminder/balance due invoice a few days before that deadline as a courtesy. If the reservation is less than 60 days out, payment is due in full. For check-ins 16 days away or less, the full payment must be complete by 7pm Eastern the day of booking. We cannot hold reservations without payment, unless specific arrangements are made with the manager/owner. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover and have a secure payment form on our website. We are also happy to take credit cards over the phone. We no longer accept PayPal (except in special cases), as their fees are too high and they don't offer buyer/seller protection on intangible goods.
A $60 guest certificate fee applies, for every 7 days. The guest certificate fee is for the whole unit, not per person.

We booked this weekend vacation with Sun or Snow Vacation after reading a few reviews here on Tripadvisor. The owner was extremely helpful and very quick with responses and information. Everything went according to plan and was as described in our email exchanges. The check in process was quick and the unit was ready (Which was great because we were two hours early). The room was large and clean with a great view and comfortable bed. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday and although the elevators weren't what I would call quick I didn't have a issue with them. I would recommend this owner and property to any visiting aC (We also spent two days at the Trump Taj and had a much better stay at Wyndham.

For a 4 day getaway, my husband and I had been looking at staying at a hotel in aC when we stumbled upon renting a timeshare there. From the description, it seemed pretty nice. It was a little more expensive than a hotel room but there were some many more amenities that it seemed worth it.
Our suite was awesome. It was clean and well equipped and included a kitchen, dining area, living room area, hot tub, bedroom, balcony, and bathroom. We stayed on the 25th floor so our view was pretty cool too. We did get a small amount of groceries for breakfast and some take out one night which was nice break from eating out.
It was like our home away from home. We brought our laptops with us and the wireless worked perfectly. We enjoyed using the gym, heated indoor pool, and outdoor hot tub on the sixth floor. The staff was very helpful too. And don't worry that you'll be pushed into a timeshare presentation. A firm "No" at the information desk is all that is needed to avoid it.
The only thing that would have made it better would have been an onsite cafe to grab a sandwich. We were so pleasantly surprised by our stay there that we will never stay at a hotel in aC again. -

So glad I chose to go this route for my boyfriend's birthday weekend !!! After walking through the smoke filled casino hotels and sensing the age and tiredness of it all I was even happier with our accommodations...Love the tub in the bedroom and the huge balcony !! Cooking and relaxing in our own private apartment was such a treat after being out and about. Great property with good central location : )
