We are about a 10-minute walk from the popular panoramic Miami Beach, and just a 2-minute walk around the corner from Freights Bay/Cotton House Beach (the best kept surfing secret in the Caribbean). And if wind surfing or kite surfing is your passion, we are a 3-minute drive from Silver Sands Beach.

Stayed at allison/Sabriya court for Christmas 2012 (21st to 30th Dec ). Found the place to be lovely and clean and everything there to make your stay memorable, ( beach towels, soap,air con etc ) The balcony was nice and large. A short walk to Surfing beach, or little longer to other beaches. Heather the manager was very helpful. Ideal place relax after driving around the island during day. Dr Cardinal Ward the owner was very helpful on the phone when booking. Superb Cafe Luna is just 15 minutes walk away at Little arches Hotel. Superb Food.

This was our 1st time renting an apt in Barbados and we were very happy with allison Court. The neighbourhood was close the beaches as well as bus stop (only a few doors away). The house was ideal for 4 adults and allowed for privacy with 2 bathrooms. Well maintained inside and out. Interior was clean, appealing and being on the 2nd floor had a wonderful breeze in the evenings. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and linens with lots of closets, as well as beach towels. Housekeeping came twice in 2wks and did an excellent job. We chose to rent a jeep and had a parking pad at our door, but the bus was good as well. This was an excellent property and has a very good person (Heather) managing, who really made sure we were happy with our stay.

We travelled with our 2 teenage sons and stayed at the Sabriya Court unit on our way to Dominica. It was the perfect accomodation for us. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, well equipped and had good internet service (it even had an ipod dock). It had everything we needed and more. The location, while not on a beach was quiet and within walking distance from beaches, the Oistins fish market, where you can eat the best local fish dishes, and a bus terminal.
Having a car would be best if you don't like walking. We had planned to rent a car, but could not get one; it was not a big deal because we discovered that Barbados public transportation is quite good, inexpensive and the best way to see the local culture (we like to explore). All beaches in Barbados are public, so we could enjoy any of the beautiful beaches in the island, but there are other great attractions in the island like the Harrison caves, Batsheba, etc.
We like making our own breakfast to start the day and found all we needed at a local supermarket and the well appointed kitchen was a pleasure.
It was also nice to have access to a laundry room to freshen our clothes before continuing our trip.
The property manager, Heather was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you.

This apartment is clean and spacious and full f amenities.. I cant think of anything that was wanting...
lots f towels, beach and bath, plenty of extra sheets, nice TV, reliable internet access...sunny... fully equipt kitchen...
the property manager Heather is wonderful--- vewry nice and always available fr questions or requests.
there is also a wonderful house keeper.
the neighbrhod is a nice one, neighbrs were freindly (like pretty much all Bajans!)
what else can I say, we loved our stay here and hope to come back next year.
