We arrived at the cottage and we were greated by the owner who explained all about the amenities that were available for our use.It was not the most spacious place we have been, but everything was clean and comfortable. We were not bothered by anyone and the small wooded area to the garden was perfect for our dog.The only faults were:-
1-No garden gate to prvent the dog from straying (I had to park my car in front of it to keep her in, but she still managed to get out.
2- No light in the garden, (If there was one fitted we coud have sat out in the evening). We enjoyed our stay that much, we have booked the cottage again for next year.

Although it took us a while to get there, once we were established it was terrific to be able to visit Hornsea, Beverley, Driffield, York, Bridlington, Flamborough Head easily, and on one tiring day, walk to Hull from Hornsea. Peter and anne were most welcoming and helpful and we were lucky with the weather.
We were disappointed to be unable to hire bikes in Hornsea, hence the walk to Hull, but otherwise we had a fine, relaxing week on the beautiful East Coast.
