Pakuranga and Panmure Town Centres, Panmure Basin, Panmure Squash, Lagoon Leisure Centre - all a 2 minute drive. Sylvia Park Shopping Complex (largest in NZ) and Waipuna Convention Centre - 5 minute drive. Many of the beautiful beaches of the Waitemata Harbour are less than 20 minutes drive. At the end of a no exit street in a quiet residential area. Views of the Tamaki River from the lounge and bedroom. The lounge/dining catches the early morning sun with a view to a private garden as well as out towards the river in the other direction. A covered patio enables outdoor dining (including use of barbecue) on a sheltered terrace. No steps makes the unit suitable for those with limited mobility but does not have disabled access.

Normally arrival time is after 4.00pm and departure is by 10am. These times can be flexible depending upon other bookings. Guests are expected to leave the unit as they found it - clean and tidy. The cleaning fee ($60NZ) is an optional extra should guests prefer to have the cleaning done for them.

Well presented and comfortable apartment nestled in lovely garden setting adjacent to the river, nice and quiet for a relaxing stay. All facilities are available to make your stay enjoyable. .

Lovely welly equipped flat in a beautiful spot right on the river, very peaceful. Great facilities with washing machine and dishwasher. There is a supermarket very close and the centre of auckland is only a short drive away. Perfect if you don't want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the CBD.
