The property is only 2 min away from downtown. Erdmannsdof, the closest railway station, is 2 km away. However there is a historical cable car that connects with it that is 500 m away (10 min).
The closest bus stop is 700 m and about 15 min away. Gahlenz is the nearest golf course (see www.birdiepage.de. There is a ski lift with toboggan slope in Augustusburg next to the cable car, about 800 m and 20 min away.
There are several restaurants nearby. The closest is about 300 m or 5 min away. At about the same distance there are two bakeries and a grocery store. A supermarket, Netto-Markt is about 2 km away (Marienberger Straße 46, open Monday–Saturday from 7 AM to 8 PM).
