Beautiful 4 bedroom, 2300 sqft!

Gorgeous, large 2 story, 2300 square foot home - completely remodeled in 2011 with new furniture! It has all new granite in kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms, new dark wood Italian tile flooring throughout the downstairs, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans throughout, new flooring in all bedrooms, huge closets, all new bathrooms with new vanities, glass tile, tile floors, faucets, fixtures, lights, etc...

The home sleeps 10, with a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children (or any combination of guests under 8 people). There is also a 3 night minimum.

The home comes stocked with fresh linens, large bath towels, hand towels, wa...sh clothes, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, tissues, hair dryer, etc... The kitchen has a large, stainless steel duel toaster, blender, and large coffee pot. The kitchen also has plenty of cooking and baking items including pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses, dishes, bowls, plates, silverware, plastic dishes of all kinds, wine glasses, beer glasses, casserole dishes, cutting boards, knives, baking sheets, and everything else you might need in the kitchen! We also equip the home with tons of books, including Austin dining and activities guides.

The master bedroom is on the first floor with a king sized bed, a separate vanity and dressing area, walk in closet, and separate entrance to outdoor hot tub and patio. All of the 4 bedrooms have side tables, lamps, dressers for clothes, curtains and blinds for privacy. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, two bedrooms each have a queen bed, and one bedroom has two queen beds. The second living room has a full sized pull out sofa. There is also access to all bathrooms through the hallway, so there is no need to go through any bedrooms to get to the bathroom, which means there is plenty of privacy!

There is also a second living area with a new, comfortable pull out sofa, extra seating, a flat screen tv, large desk, wifi, and a huge bookcase with tons of books, games, and dvds! There is also another small table with seating in the main living room with tons of games, puzzles, and more! Use it as an additional dining table for the kids or as a game table!

There is a full size front loading washer and dryer in the laundry room, and the laundry room is stocked with detergent, laundry basket, cleaning supplies, ironing board, iron, and more.

The backyard is simply amazing with an outdoor hot tub, covered patio and deck with plenty of seating areas, a fish pond with peaceful waterfall in the backyard, and large fenced yard with many beautiful tall trees!

This modern home is located in the Austin subdivision of Allandale North - just a couple blocks off the intersection of Burnet Rd and Anderson Lane. This is about 6 miles from downtown Austin - just a block from the bus stop, a cheap cab ride, or a short drive. Looking for activities or your nearby destination? The home has many activities within walking distance and even gets a "walkability" score of 78, according to WalkScore.com! This means there is a ton nearby to within a couple of blocks! The home is within walking distance to CVS drugstore, Alamo Drafthouse (Austin's most popular and trendy movie theater!), Barlett's (upscale dining), sandwich shops, coffee shops, video stores, and lots of other restaurants and retail shopping.

CONTRACT TERMS: Check in is at 3:30 pm and check out is at 10:30 am. Absolutely NO HOUSE PARTIES – Guests are not permitted to have house parties on the property at any time during their stay. Austin ordinance limits noise after 10:00pm. The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 adults & 2 children under 18 years of age. Austin Ordinance states no more than 6 unrelated guests may stay in the home. A reservation/security deposit of $500 is required. This must be received within 24 hours of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival.   Huge property, very tastefully furnished and decorated. Almost like a modern, 4.5-star extended stay hotel, except stocked with Dvds, board games, well-equipped kitchen, and yard. Very convenient location, it is close to markets and stores. Owners were friendly and helpful, very easy to deal with. Would stay again in a heartbeat!!

  Great house in austin -- very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained property with spacious common areas and large, comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen is very well-equipped and opens to the main living room. Quiet neighborhood but also conveniently located near a main thoroughfare, a large supermarket and other necessities. Owner is very helpful, accessing the property on the date of arrival was a breeze and information about the property was clearly communicated.

  If you are looking for a house that is large enough to house a family of 8, while still giving people room to move around and be comfortable, then this will be perfect for you.
  Four bedrooms, two up and two down, two bathrooms. Two living rooms, each with a large screen TV. Dining room that fit the whole family and a beautifully updated kitchen.
  My family stayed for a week and planned to do lots of cooking at home to save money. Grocery shopping at Walmart was about a mile away, we made many trips there.
  There was some construction going on across the street when we arrived and we were a little worried that it would be loud but we never heard any noise unless we were outside, and even that wasn't any nuisance.
  The backyard looked nice, but honestly, in July it was just too hot out to spend any time there and the tables and chairs were not cleaned off.
  The bedrooms were very large and the beds were comfortable.
  The carpet was a little old, I think they are planning to update it, but the floors downstairs were fantastic, ceramic tile made to look like dark wood planks. Super cool, but don't run on it in socks kids.
  I had to call the owners a couple times with questions and the were able to get back to me with answers pretty quickly.
  The only thing I felt was missing was a handmixer for the kitchen. :)

  My family and a few friends stayed here during my sister's wedding weekend. This home was very clean and had so much space for our group. The home had 6 beds total which was more than enough room for all. This made our entire experience in austin an amazing one. I would recommend this home to anyone. Great pricing, great deal, wonderful stay overall.

  The pictures do not do this place justice. My friends and I rented this place over halloween weekend and it fit the 9 of us very comfortably. The living room area is large and perfect for socializing with lots of seating room for everyone. It also comes stocked with board games and Dvds which was an added bonus. We made great use of the kitchen over the weekend to save some cash on eating out and we really liked the hot tub. Being only a short 15 minute drive from downtown was also a plus. We were originally going to get 4 or 5 hotel rooms for the group but this turned out to be way better!
  
  Overall I would highly recommend this place!

  I traveled to austin with my family to attend the wedding of our son. Although the big gathering of the wedding was done elsewhere, this house was very ideal to receive some close friends and celebrate the wedding. The rooms were great and everybody felt at home and we all liked the house. We stayed comfortably for one week and we were happy.
