This urban retreat is in a cozy upscale neighborhood close to Downtown. Guests love the kitchen island for gathering, the WIFI and two media centers, the comfy beds, the backyard seating, grill and firepit for cool evenings and easy access to Downtown, Zilker Park and hike and bike trails. Features of the home include:
*one king bed in one bedroom, one queen bed in a second bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the bedroom off the master, and a queen sleeper sofa in the family room.
*full house WIFI, two LED TVs, Rokus for streaming, and house netflix account.
*a fully-equipped kitchen that includes, cooking and serving pieces, Appliances include gas range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, disposal, toaster, coffee maker, pancake griddle, and blender
*Private backyard with a charcoal grill for evening grilling and fire pit for cool nights.
*Wood floors, central air/central heat, a separate indoor laundry room and free driveway parking.
*Linens, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soaps in the kitchen and bath to make your stay comfortable and carefree.
*Capital Metro bus routes pick up less than three blocks from the house for the short ride into Downtown or UT.
Day activities in town and within five to ten minutes of the house include kayaking Lady Bird Lake, festivals at Zilker Park, swimming in Barton Springs Pool, touring the Bob Bullock History Museum, the State Capitol, the Blanton Museum or LBJ Library, world class performance at the Long Center. Lake Austin and Lake Travis are minutes west. We are ten to fifteen blocks from St. David's, Seton Hospital, The Heart Hospital, and Dell Children's Hospital for medical stays. It is a 5 minute cab ride into Downtown.

“Great Location!”
A very cute, clean and nice house in the greatest location! So convenient to everywhere we needed to go in the Austin area. Our two lab mixes loved the fenced back yard as well. We will be back!
