DCPeter is a king. His place, a palace.

This place has absolutely everything -- an incredibly responsive and considerate host, character and charm, and a location near delightful eateries and coffee shops off the beaten path. A brisk 15 minute walk (or a 5-minute bus ride from the corner) drops you right into town.
There were 6 of us together for Sxswi, and if we go back for the conference again next year, there's zero doubt (assuming Peter will have us again) that we'd call this place "home" again.
Brilliant. Plus, Peter is impressively tall.
