This newly remodeled (July 2012) three bedroom, one bath house has about the best value for it’s size in Austin! Located on a very quiet and private street in the Southwood neighborhood, you’re just less than 5 miles from downtown and less than 10 minutes drive to the airport.
Enjoy the lovely shaded patio and if you have pups, the fully fenced back yard might come in handy.
Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the third has two twins. This house can comfortably sleep up to 6 people.
$175-225/night - $1100/week - $3500/month

Fantastic house with everything you need. The big backyard and kitchen are well equipped for families with small children. We entertained local family members and had great time. Lauren was extremely helpful and kind. We will make this our home away from home when in town.
