I stayed here with a group of 14 guys. We were pleasantly surprised with the ample and comfortable sleeping space. The kitchen, living room, top deck, pool, and dock areas are each large enough to accommodate everyone. The large tv was great for watching games. Easy access to the lake -- just down a flight of stairs -- was great for swimming and boating. Being up on the cliff gives a great view up and down the lake. Transport to and from austin, about 30 minutes by car, is simple. The owner is responsive and laid back.

This house was amazing. I used it to host a bachelor party for 12 during Sxsw in 2013. Sam was very accommodating and understanding. The house was beautiful and unbelievably unique. Everybody had a great time and we were able to sleep comfortably. The view was amazing. The area was beautiful. We were worried about playing music because everyone forgot to bring a portable speaker system. Turns out, we didn't even need one because the main TV in the living room had a great sound system. There is also tons of seating for everyone to gather around. Would love to stay here again, or at any of Sams houses in the area.

This was an awesome place for our family of 10 to stay and have a great time. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was a great gathering place for everyone and had everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed diving off the dock into lake austin. My personal favorite was coffee in the morning sitting on one of the decks enjoying the views "to die for". All the rooms were spacious and bright and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. I would recommend this home for anyone who is looking for a good time, plenty of space, and views out of this world. By the way Sam was very nice to deal with also.
