Was met at the airport by Emily - very friendly and welcoming. Was met at the house by Horsey and Bizmarc (the dogs who don't normally stay there with guests - we were the exception by our choice and I am sure they are missing their daily treats by now) - a bit louder in the welcome stakes but the friendliness continued. The house is fantastic!
Emily made sure we knew where everything was and we immediately felt right at home and comfortable (didn't feel like visitors at all). The 'welcome package" exceeded expectations. Emily gave us complete privacy but would check in regularly to ensure we were happy and check if there was anything else she could do to make our stay more enjoyable.
The house is just great - so much room, fantastic kitchen made cooking enjoyable and it was very clean and tidy.
The supplies of bath towells, linen etc was excellent and having the option to do our own washing meant we didn't come home with loads of washing! The outdoor dining areas were wonderful and the option to lower the awnings (to prevent the glare from the sun) made it even more enjoyable. Oh and I can't not mention the spa - cocktails in the evening were perfect!
We have been to Rarotonga 6 times now and this was our first Holiday Home experience - thank you Emily for your hospitality, friendship and the use of your beautiful house - we will definately be back and we have our accomodation sorted already (I will be in touch as soon as we start planning our next trip).Response from Emily Fallon - 04/19/2013
