Within easy walking distance to centre of Aviemore – about 20 mins and 30 minutes bus or drive to the ski slope carpark and Funicular railway. Hourly bus service to Aviemore and up to Cairngorm Mountain. On main road bus service to Inverness and surrounding villages.
The holiday apartment lounge has views over the roof tops to the Cairngorm Mountains and the double en suite bedroom has views to Ghuilbin Hill and Kinveachy Forest.

My husband and I stayed at the Mountain View apartment in august 2011. It was a perfect apartment, very modern and equipped to an extremely high standard. Its location was ideal with a short stroll into town. The owner met us on our arrival and she was very nice and helpful.

This is our 2nd stay at this flat which I think says it all really, lets face it you wouldn't go back unless you were happy 1st time around. The flat is as comfortable and homely as it was before and still feels like a home from home. Would not be surprised if we go again it that good.

Had a weekend stay with my family last summer and was very happy with the accommodation. Really nicely done out with fully equipped kitchen. Owner was very friendly and was there for us when we arrived to show us around. Flat is in a new residential area with plenty of outdoor space and parking outside your door. Would definately recommend.

Mountain view lives up to its name - beautiful view over the Cairngorms, spotless apartment, fresh and clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. A perfect base to discover the beautiful Highlands. Lovely owner who greeted and welcomed us and showed us around the apartment.
Would reccommend professional stay here for walking, cycling, sightseeing.

This apartment was ideal for our holiday needs, the flat was modern, clean and comfortable with a high standard of finish. Booking was quick and simple and the information provided was clear and covered everything I needed to know. I did have one query with Gael Holiday Homes but this was dealt with within 30 minutes of contacting them.

We had a lovely stay here - the apartment has everything we needed and was warm, spanking clean and in a fantastic location. Only a twenty minute drive to the car park on the mountain and we were able to check the snow and lift conditions with binoculars from the living room! Tv reception was a bit hit and miss but we understand that will change soon and to be honest it really didn't bother us. The owner couldn't have been nicer or more helpful and we would book again in the future.

I was at the apartment with my sister and nephew for a few days ... the owners were so helpful to us and the flat itself was very modern and spotless with comfy beds. The main attraction was the view over to the Cairngorms and I got up early every day just to watch the sunrise and hear the dawn chorus...I have stayed many times before in various hotels and guest houses in aviemore but never had such an amazing view as this before. For anyone who doesn't know aviemore, apart from the walking and snow sports there is the wildlife park nearby, the Strathspey Railway and plenty more...I recommend the Cairngorm Hotel for dining it is the best food in the village in my opinion.
