    Positive review of Gael Cham

Great holiday in a quite area of aviemore, tucked away but close to all shops etc. The lodge was very tidy with modern fixtures maintained to a very high standard. Everything you need for a holiday in the Cairngorms and great value.
The lodge will easily accomadate 6 people with loads of room and privacy. Bathrooms to a high standard with power showers. Booking was staight forward and clear arrangements for arrival and departure. Thank you for a great holiday. We will definately return again!

    Excellent

Left on 05/18/2012 for a stay in May 2012

Had a great weekend and the accomodation was first class, a spotlessly clean lodge which had all mod cons,a beautiful view of the Cairngorms from the wee decking area to the rear of the property and all there agreed that the aviemore tap water was the best drop of H20 we had tasted for years!
I would recommend this lodge to all.

    Warm and homely.

Left on 02/18/2012 for a stay in November 2011

Lodge was really clean and at the end of November easy to keep nice and warm. Fantastic facilities and plenty of room for two children, 4 and 2 to play.
Could have done with more room for sitting down in the evening to watch TV as 6 don't sit comfortable in the sofas as only a 2 and 3 seater. Biggest twin bedroom would benefit from somewhere to store clothes and hang them as no hooks in this room and a mirror in master bedroom would be handy for drying hair.
None of this hampered our enjoyment of the accommodation and we hope to be back this November as aviemore has so much for us to do with the children.

Away from it all after New Year

Left on 01/19/2012 for a stay in January 2012

6 of us spent 3nights here just after New Year and had a great relaxing time. The location is great with just the right distance from the centre, and a nice little stroll. We had no problem finding the place with very clear instructions how to get there. The place was immaculate when we entered, although a little cold as there was no heating on, but it soon warmed up after a few hours. We did find out that it was best to stagger the showers, after having a cold one the first night after everyone else.
I cannot fault this chalet and it was very comfortable for the 6 adults who stayed there. If I was to fault anything it would be that there is only seating for 5 not 6 adults, the odd one having to use a dining chair, but no great hardship.

    A brilliant place to stay

Left on 11/14/2011 for a stay in October 2011

Gael Cham is a great place to stay. There was plenty of room and it is furnished to a very high standard. It has lovely views over towards the Cairngorm mountains.
