This comfortable, semi-detached cottage is one mile from Aviemore in the Cairngorms National Park and sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. 27 Allt Mor is a comfortable, semi-detached cottage, located one mile from Aviemore in the Cairngorms National Park. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms - one king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, one double and one room with adult bunks and a child's single bed if required. Guests have use of a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC, along with a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. The living accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen with dining area, a utility room and a... sitting room. Outside, there is a rear, enclosed lawned garden and off road parking, with outdoor storage available for bikes and water sports equipment. With the amenities of Aviemore within easy reach and a number of activities to enjoy in the surrounding area, 27 Allt Mor is a great base for an exciting family holiday in the Highlands.

Outdoor storage for bikes/water sports equipment. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: No stag or hen parties.

Town: Aviemore is a town in the heart of the Scottish Highlands and Cairngorms National Park, with lovely walking in the surrounding hills, and golf courses. There is also bird watching, with rare species to be found including Ospreys and Capercaillie. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
