Conveniently located 5 miles from Vail in Avon at the base of Beaver Creek, (Beaver Creek West) this spacious 1200 sq. foot 2 bed/2bath condo overlooks Nottingham Lake and is near (3 blocks) the new gondola at the Westin in Avon. We now offer a free skier shuttle dropping passengers off at the new Gondola. This new amenity will allow an easier trip to the ski slopes during the ski season.

Stayed in this condo 2010, 2012. Very nice, comfy, clean. Condo has 2 comfy bedrooms with a king and 2 queens, 2 baths, plus a sofabed in the living room. The unit has a washer and dryer and an adequately supplied kitchen. There is no air conditioning but even in august the unit stays cool because it is on the ground floor and there is good cross ventilation. Strong free wi-fi, Nice large flat screen TVs and enough channels. Condo is walking distance to the lake, river, public library, large hotels, etc. Unit is very close to the pool/spa, which can get noisy at times but mostly not. Avon is a particularly clean and modern village and very near to the farmers markets in Edwards and Vail. Good for exploring other areas in the valley.

I love this place! We came to Beaver Creek West last year around Thanksgiving time. I was so pleasantly surprised by how nice the interior of this unit is there are so many upgrades. The bathrooms had just been redone before we arrived. Gorgeous granite, new cabinets and exceptional tile work. There plenty of space for all 5 of us. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen sized beds so we weren't squished into a full size. Nice linens, very clean and up to date. The large kitchen bar made it easy to prep food and entertain. The TV and Stereo are pretty high end. I want the BOSE system for my home now. The unit is really close to the pool and hot tub area so you can walk right out the sliding door which was a really nice perk. It's on the ground level so we didn't have to hike up stairs and it was pretty close to the parking lot. The full sized washer and dryer in the landing area when you walk in makes it easy to get in and out of ski gear. I like the location in Beaver Creek it was easy to get to everything and considerably less expensive than Vail. I am looking forward to staying here again.

The accomodations were outstanding. Upscale baths, beautiful decor, extremely comfortable, perfect location. Great flat panel TV and the Bose sound system was a real treat. Looking forward to booking again this winter!
