This cozy condo on Nottingham lake at the base of World Famous Ski Resort Beaver Creek, and 10 miles From Vail, is your new little home away from home. South facing windows with views to the slopes, and lots of sun. This home is comfortably furnished with wood burning fireplace and patio facing south, on a greenbelt that has a walking/biking trail around the lake, and by the Eagle River. You'll not find a cozier more inviting rental than this little gem! We were so thrilled to have happened upon it. The conveniences of home are all here in fact it's actually better than home because its decorated quite tastefully and it is immaculately clean...way better than my home. There's nothing like being out playing all day to come home to a relaxing environment, sure kicks hotel life in the rear. To get up in the morning and sip my coffee by the real (yes not gas) fireplace adds to the winter wonderland vibe of picturesque Beaver Creek. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming--you can tell she has a lot of pride in her quaint home. Stay here and you won't be disappointed!

If you are looking for the hotel room with full service it is not for you. If you would like to spend a vacation in your second home in avon, and you do not have one, this condo is for you. It is not yours, but it feels like it is. Its kitchen and bathroom were recently updated. Not sure why prior review was indicating poor bad, we found the bed very comfy. We used the condo as a skiing base. This condo is so close that we have never had a chance to warm the car engine between the condo's garage and the free Bear parking lot. Even if it is not a ski in and out and it is close to I70, it is just great skiing vacation base and it is so quiet that you may wonder why the highway noise is not even heard. Yes, we will be back soon.

A great value rental. A great place to stay for a quiet and relaxing time. Walking distance to other properties where family was staying. Easy to get to all nearby amenities and Beaver Creek Village.
