We enjoyed the ease of renting a property with Prudential and found the condo to be very clean and perfectly appointed. The Snowcloud condos could not be more convenient for skiing. The only problem we encountered was trying to get someone at Prudential properties to answer the telephone on the weekend and help us with a question.

Fabulous location- highly recommended. 2 bedroom Condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was well decorated and had a very nice modern kitchen/great room. Loved the fireplace. First floor location can't be beat. You simply walk out the back door and ski to the lift. Underground Parking right next to unit also a plus. You can ski into beaver creek easily. Snow cloud is right next to ritz Carlton which is nice for après ski drinks/snack and marshmellow roasting for kids. Would love a return visit! Should add that prudential was very helpful with lift tix, children's ski school etc. They made the vacation seamless.

This is a nice enough place... clean, etc... but the agent oversold the property. He said that I would have free access to the Ritz health club - not true. Had no access - then after working with Prudential - access for $25/day guest fee. Beds in guest room are singles - would have expected full size beds. Tv was tiny... little things like this were disappointing given the prime location and the price.

Thank you for taking time to write a review. Just to clarify, you had free access to the spa, and when you get a treatment the workout area is free. If you do not get a treatment, then there is a fee to workout at the Ritz health club which is not part of the spa, we wish it was.

Excellent accomodations, however issues with;
setting heat thermostat (no instructions)
lock box very difficult to open/close
the units ski in/out capability nulified because porch door lock could not be opened from the outside

Thank you for your review. We are a bit surprised to hear about the lockbox problem and back door. Both should work easily and with no problem. I am not showing that these items were brought to our attention and they could have easily have been solved. Although we do not have a full time presence at the building, we are available 24 hours to solve any problem and we can be at the property within minutes.

Snowcloud #310 is an excellent property in Bachelor Gulch. It's ski-in
ski-out amenity is its most desirable feature, while Its living area and
kitchen are very spacious, allowing the capability to entertain others at
lunches and dinners.
We were able to check-in to the property online, which allowed us to
drive straight to the home.
Located directly adjacent to the Ritz Carlton, the convenience of
having fine restaurants within walking distance was also desirable.
We would definitely recommend this residence. -

We love the location and enjoy skiing with our friends who stay at the Ritz Club. The condo is great for ski in and out and well suited for our needs. I did notice that the guest bathroom (near the front door)still had some soap residue on the sink. Everything else looked good but there were so few hangers that I needed to make a phone call. I was informed that no one was available to help us on the weekend, but luckily someone arrived with about 20 hangers, a few minutes later, just in time to hang our clothes.
Georgia Claessens arrived, after we did, and forgot the number to the condo. She inquired at the front desk (where Terry Smith was) and he wasn't very helpful. I had checked in earlier and he even walked me to the door because there was a lock box on the door. Mrs. Claessens said she was looking for a party that had just checked in and he acted like he didn't know what she was talking about. He might have walked her just down the hallway and asked if she remembered that 310 was the place. She didn't think he was particularly helpful but as far as your compnay is concerned you all seemed great.

Poorly managed and was not cleaned well before we moved in. Sliding glass door to the outside, was broken and would not lock. Shade on living room window for privacey, broke and fell off within the first five minutes of moving in. Master bath, too small for two people. NO counter space. There was a washer/dryer in the unit, but no detergent. When we asked for it, we were told no.

Thank you for your review, although we were a bit surprised by your review. We are not showing any calls to our office regarding the cleaning quality or broken door. We would have been more than happy to come back and clean if you felt the cleaning quality was poor. The back slider door was actually not broken. It has a European style handle that you have to lift up when locking. We do hope that have the opportunity of hosting you in the future.
